“I never write reviews. However, I wanted to show my gratitude towards this business. Unfortunately, I wrecked my car on December 30th 2022. The whole front right side was messed up. I tried to get a in network auto shop with my insurance but they were all backed up and wouldn't be able to start working on my car for at least a couple months. Luckily I found Arvada Autobody/360 Degrees of perfection (they work together) they were able to take my car in the same day of the crash and get the initial estimate within a few days. That was including the weekend and New Year holiday.They also made a supplement due to the damages being more severe than they thought after breaking the car down. Susan was very kind and willing to answer my calls (weekly basis I called). Due to being out of network my insurance took some time to pay them out but while I was waiting to get the money from the insurance on the supplement, I was under the impression the auto shop was waiting for that money as well, to order the needed parts then conduct the labor. Indeed, I was wrong and shocked to get a update saying my vehicle would be ready February 2nd 2023. It only took them 34 days! They should have been paid out in full now but they gave my car back to me even before they received the full amount from my insurance. All I did was pay my $500.00 deductible and I got my car back. I was very surprised and my car looks good as new and runs perfect. I will definitely come here in the future if I need anything worked on.”

“A few months ago, someone swiped the back corner of my car. It took awhile for Carstar to be able to get me in, which wasn't a problem as it was minor damage. But from the moment the appointment was made until I picked it up, I can't say anything but great things about this company. From the receptionist being so sweet and wonderful when I arrived, to other workers making sure I was okay while waiting for the rental car, and even calling them when it took awhile, and they even gave me almost daily updates as well as a tracker to keep check on the progress of my car, these people have been truly amazing and made getting my car repaired a nice and calm experience. While it takes a while to get your car in, once they have it they are communicative and efficient. I actually got a call today that they overcharged me slightly by accident and are sending a check in the mail. I honestly would not have had any idea. “Was a good overall experience as was expected really. I have had Safelite changing my auto glass for over 20 years now, and it's always been on point. This time however, was a little different as I had to make a warranty claim because my windshield started leaking and frosting over on the inside after an extrem cold snap this winter. Probably just a fluke, and that doesn't change my opinion of the quality of work that you guys do. When I came into the shop the second time for the warranty appointment, it was changed out and taken care of easily. The second visit too, several of us witnessed a little verbal altercation between I assume a manager and a tech. It was enough to get everyone in the lounge areas attention. A little unprofessional on the managers part, but like I said, this time around was a fluke. Keep up the good work guys!”
