“Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

“This place is amazing. I thought I would do a pick up to save money and was expecting an auto one style store! This is a huge warehouse with amazing demonstrations of all their products. Be prepared to by far more than you expected! The coffee is free as were the cakes, but I left a $5 tip for the girls who were super nice and helpful.”

“"How would they treat my mom or my aunt?" is a question I have asked. In this case - ADVANCED AUTO PARTS ROCKED IT! My dear friend, a fairly recent widow, needed new windshield wipers. Let me throw in that she just recently moved, half way across the country, to the Broomfield area. The employees of this establishment were kind, respectful, helpful and not condescending! How cool is that? Having owned an auto repair business for almost 20 years in an earlier life, I am so impressed!”

“I chose Caliber to make repairs to my car for an insurance claim. They did a good job. A little over a year later paint started to peel from one of the front end pieces. Another front bumper piece came loose, and even yet another larger undercarriage piece came off altogether and was lost during driving. They told me when I originally picked up my car that it's vital to stay in communication if any issues come up. So as these issues happened over that year or so I stayed in contact with Caliber and they advised me of what do to at that time.So finally I had I to take her in to get everything addressed and they stood by their warranty, just like they said and like a reputable company should. Some people might give less stars because the issues happened in the first place but I say we're human. The fact Caliber stood by their warranty, gave me ZERO issues, ZERO push back, ordered parts, scheduled the work, had the rental car ready, corrected ALL ISSUES, and had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout the entire process MET EVERY EXPECTATION I had. I'd highly recommend Caliber and will continue to use them in the future.Thank you Tyler for making sure I was taken care of through the entire process!”

“Nothing but class! My husband and I went through HE double hockey sticks trying to purchase a trailer hitch for my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. We were shipped the wrong part 2 times. We ended up having to drive 20 miles to get the correct part. After a week-long stressful battle with this dang thing, we had it and got it put on.But of course, there was an issue, my husband was not able to reach one screw to tighten it, he needed a special tool. He went into this store to rent one, and realized I had the debit card.... you all must of seen the defeat in his eyes because you let him use this tool in your parking lot. Finally, the dang thing is on!We leave this Friday for an annual camping trip, and we were not sure if we were going to be able to go, thank you for your kindness! We did not encounter much of that through this process, so thank you! You all saved our trip!”

“Finally taking the time to write a review for this company. Unfortunate to say but we have had to use Colorado Collision Repair 4 times (3 of them due to darn uninsured drivers) over the past couple years. Each time they have given us quick and timely quotes (accurate also!!). The repairs have been very well done and quick. We really appreciate the work this company does. I highly recommend these guys for the work they do! Thank you!!”

“I came to this location needing a battery after first stopping at Advanced Auto Parts. Advanced Auto Parts tested my battery and confirmed that I needed a new one, but stated they couldn’t replace it for me. They sent me off without even selling me a battery. I came over to Auto Zone, and right away I was greeted by Nicholas. He was super friendly and helped me right away. After explaining to him what happened, he quickly found a battery for me, inspected my old one, and told me he would be able to replace it for me. The entire process was quick and painless, and made a stressful situation a little bit better. I am so thankful for Nicholas, and will be returning to this location for all my car needs.”

“We had an experience last Friday afternoon that really stood out. After my usual mechanic said its time for a new battery, he then said he didn't have one, Monday at earliest. He mentioned that the University NAPA on Reed & 120th was open until 7 and that's where he would have gotten it either way. When we walked in Cody and Adrian were doing what they do, they looked up and they both greeted us. As if that wasn't shocking enough, Cody stopped what he was doing and listened to what was going on and grabbed his tester. He said it was time and he would be happy to install a new battery right then. He also performed a load test on the alternator and said that was all good. We then asked what he would recommend to help improve the gas mileage, as fast as he checked the battery had us set up with 3 BG products and we were on our way. Like many, I've had my share of auto drama, and like many have used the closest store possible. After this recent trauma, we both agreed that we're Cody and Adrian fans and their customers from that point on.I don't make a habit of telling people what's what, but in regard to the guys at University NAPA, they are not the same old story. They are Pro's, and when we left, not only with a better situation, but with the confidence knowing that there's still courtesy and quality, and qualified people doing their best to make our day. Thanks to the guys at University NAPA, we'll be back.Rich & Aly”

I brought the car to Josh & Randy, where I received valuable insight into the systemic issues I was experiencing with the car. “Jordan was really helpful throughout the entire process of having my Mazda repaired! I also appreciated the patience she had while answering all my questions. Once it was time to pick up my car, Jordan mentioned she wouldn't be there but that Steve would be. Needless to say, he was super helpful as well.”

“If you are in the Denver area - shoot, if you are anywhere in Colorado - then Fowler Chevrolet should be the first dealership you reach out to if you are looking to purchase a new Chevy. And if their sales team and management are any indication of the overall quality of the dealership, then I'm betting this is also a great place to service your vehicle. Before I explain why Fowler is the best dealership I've ever worked with, let me take a few steps back and say that I've NOT had many positive experiences with car dealerships over the years. My last three vehicles have all been Chevrolets, so between purchasing and servicing I've worked with a number of Chevy dealerships in recent years. While I've met several individuals at those dealerships who were pleasant to work with, the overall experience at each of those dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn't slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn't able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I'm pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn't have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and marked it up $5K like their competitors down the street at Foundation Chevy would have done. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck.True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn't have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn't the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. He also knew I had driven up from Colorado Springs and had made sure that my new Bolt was fully charged for our drive home (which hadn't been the case when I bought my previous Bolt at a dealership over 200 miles from my home). We had to stay at the dealership for a couple of hours because the process of completing an MSRP swap is more complicated than buying a car. Doc and Adam were well prepared thou”

“2000 Discovery starts but won't allow anyone to put it in DRIVE. After checking lights we saw that a front turn signal wasn't working. One bulb socket was burnt out, so we started looking around parts stores. We're shocked that this bulb socket wasn't available at local auto parts, and has to be ordered by the dealer for approx. $30 + TAX. Dealer parts dept. was helpful, but we felt that was too expensive. So we ordered one on the internet. Still paid around $30, but we're getting the whole light assembly with two brand new bulb sockets included.”

“Dave and the team at Flat Irons Land Rover were just exceptional. I generally hate dealer services, but they were all so kind, courteous and easy to work with. I felt taken care of, not pressured which is exactly how it should be.”

“Walmart auto center at flatirons is good option for oil changes. Especially considering the alternative is the “stealership”. Wish they didn’t charge the extra $ for tire rotations.”
