They went above and beyond to help me fix the problems that the insurance company itself had caused. For example, the insurance company had me picking up a rental car in the wrong town, and Ozzy himself called his personal contact at Enterprise to sort things out after I was not able to speak to a human at Enterprise or at the insurance company for days.Ozzy knows more about the insurance claims process than I think anyone I spoke with on the phone at the insurance company did.The 4.9 star rating for Ozzy's is definitely warranted. I hope to never get hit by a truck again, but if I do, I hope that driver is insured by The Hartford or Progressive.”
