“Just had ACC install backup camera and wire up a Head Unit that supports CarPlay on our 2011 Honda Odyssey Van and all turned out great. Results exceeded my expectations and looks almost like a factory installation with no exposed wires or dangling connectors. For those with an older vehicle that needs a backup camera or CarPlay, check with Joe first before spending $1,000's more for a newer vehicle.”

“A local shop did a major service on our Subaru Outback. When we started it up the next morning, it sounded and felt like a Harley Davidson. That’s good for a Harley, but not for a Subaru. The check engine, cruise control and brake warning lights were flashing. Not good. Brand new spark plug had a crack in it. The local shop replaced the spark plug, but the brake warning light wouldn’t turn off. Code indicated that the emergency brake was the problem but they couldn’t fix it. They suggested that we take it to the Subaru dealer - Flatirons Subaru. They were booked out a few weeks, but said we could drop it off for the day and they would try to fit us into the cue. Our check-in with Todd was great. The Subaru technician found a broken emergency brake shoe, ordered and replaced the parts, and were back on the road. After several years of letting a local mechanic work on our car, Flatirons Subaru will be our “go to” service provider in the future.”

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, was able to schedule an initial quote much sooner than other shops, handled all aspects of the insurance claim, and the communicated with the rental car company for pickup and drop off. The repair process was seamless from start to finish. I was kept informed of the repair status throughout the entire process from ordering of parts to work being done on a near daily basis. The repair was completed a week earlier than originally quoted and the vehicle was returned spotless both inside and out. I am completely satisfied with this experience and will highly recommend Caliber collision in the future.”

“I drive a 2010 Honda odyssey, which has been an amazing vehicle for me. After a fender-bender, a couple of boulder collision shops estimated the cost to repair my car at $8000+, which meant the vehicle was totaled.Buying a new car is not part of my plan, so I found my way to mike, he helped me identify what needed to be replaced (the bumper, which was quite clearly ruined, and the headlights, that had less-obvious holes in them), what could be fixed (the dented fender), and what didn’t neee to be touched (my horn — it works fine but has a small crack and the other shops were going to replace).Once we agreed on the job, he turned it around in a week when other shops estimated a month. He was communicative via email and phone throughout and got my car back on the road for one-third of the other estimate. My car isn’t fixed “like new,” but it’s 13 years old. It would be foolish to fix it like new.I’m very happy with the work and service and am glad to give mike 5 stars!”

“Shout-out to Ty Freese (sales), Dennis Olmsted (sales) and Neil (finance)! The Fisher team truly cares about making you part of your family and not just selling you a car. And thanks to Jonathan Fisher for agreeing with the numbers we wanted! Their teamwork (and the great deal we got) is what ultimately helped us decide on getting another Honda. I first reached out to Ty back in November. I've been reaching out to a lot of dealerships in the area to get a great price. After a lot of back and forth, he was able to get a great deal for us. I know he worked really hard with is boss to get us a deal we wanted. Sorry I bugged you so much, Ty! lol. He's extremely dedicated to his job and he even answered my calls when he was up in the mountains! It was now mid-December and we wanted to get a car soon so we were on a time crunch. We got the deals we wanted and we were ready to purchase. When we decided to make the drive to the Denver area, we were considering two cars: the Honda Pilot and the Subaru Ascent. Unfortunately, both the Subaru salesman and Ty were out of the office due to personal reasons. I reached out to the Subaru salesman. He was still very responsive but was out sick. I also called Subaru, but a salesperson never got back to me. Someone at the front desk called me later in the afternoon, but we were already at Honda. On the other hand, the Fisher Dealership was also closed due to a power outage. Ty reached out to me (even though he was out of the office) and said it might be back up soon and that he would have his partner, Dennis Olmsted, help us with the car since he was out of the office. They're a team, and they help each other when one person is out of the office. The Fisher dealership reopened at around 11am and Dennis set up an appointment with us. Everything went smoothly. Dennis showed us the car and got the paperwork ready quickly. He was great to work with and laughed at my dumb jokes. Neil was the finance dude. He was awesome. Props to him on selling me a warranty (at a great deal). I really wouldn't have purchased a warranty, so kudos to him for convincing me! He was also fun to work with, and laughed at my dumb jokes. Also, I'm pretty sure I met the owner, Craig. We were just standing there, and he stopped to make sure we were already being helped. Seems like a cool dude. When we were waiting for Dennis, the dude with a beard came up to us to just chat. Everyone is very friendly there! Overall, great family owned business. They seem like they truly care about making their customers part of the family and they'll take care of you. Also, points for having free lattes in the service area :)”

I recently took a newer X5 (purchased elsewhere) to Gebhardt for a repair of 8 failed Driver Assistance items.Gebhardt's service department sent 2 videos to show the diagnosis and repair progress which was very helpful.Fortunately this item was covered under warranty. Thank you to service advisor Jhett Nealy for getting us taken care of, especially for the clear lines of communication.We will be making our next BMW purchase at Gebhardt.
