“We drove up to WeatherTech to check put mats for our new car. We were greeted by Matt and he took great care of us. The store us amazing and has more than we thought we needed. Ha! We bought mats for the whole car but only put the front ones in right away. They perfectly fit our new car and don't slide around at all. We visited the cafe for free drinks and a snack while we waited for our order. Yum! I think we waited 5 minutes and boom, the order was ready for pick up. The order desk clerk was fantastic and carried the mats out to our car for us. 10/10 highly recommend.”

“I worked with Judy who is an absolute joy to work with.. she helped me so much with a dead battery getting replaced, making the core charge business easy to maneuver through, helping with understanding what will happen to my particular car if I don't take care of refilling the antifreeze, letting me know that AAA will come install it at their shop, put my new windshield wipers on for me, and gave me windshield wiper instructions!!! she was amazing with a real positive attitude. “Car didn’t start this morning after having sit for the holidays. , so went to the Autozone location in Broomfield to have the battery check. Yvette was there to help and confirmed the battery was dead as it looked like the original. She explained the different options for my car and gave some recommendations. They were getting busy so I just asked to borrow a few tools so I could swap out the battery . To my luck I broke off the screw and couldn’t secure the battery. Yvette was so kind to help get my battery secured back on while still helping others customers. She was extremely patient and determined to help me while maintaining the store needs. Thanks again to the Autozone in Broomfield , especially Yvette, she was fantastic!!! ?”

“I looked into ordering a tonneau cover for my truck we found 1 and ordered it 5 weeks later it showed up and Aerosuds was going to install it but it had sustained damage in shipping and somit was not installed. They told me they could try to fix it or send it back I decided to let them fix it. Appointment was made cover was fixed and completely repainted at no cost after install they cleaned my truck inside and out and took some money off the price of the cover for the inconvenience. My personal feeling is that they can't be held totally responsible for shipping the cover gets handled by many hands in transit but in the end the staff there took care of me and I left happy with a new cover clean truck at a discounted price I'm not sure what else the staff could've done to make it better and I appreciate them and would gladly recommend them in the future.”

“I had my car worked on by another shop, and the other shop re-assembled my engine incorrectly after replacing a gasket, including crossthreading bolts and putting bolts back in the wrong places. Jordan and the rest of the service team kept me up to date, gave me realistic expectations of the repairs and reassembled my engine. They even kept the bolts they extracted for me so I could see what the issue was when I picked up the car.

While my service wasn't the cheapest I've had, the fact that I have confidence in the work done means I'll definitely be returning.”

“If you are in the Denver area - shoot, if you are anywhere in Colorado - then Fowler Chevrolet should be the first dealership you reach out to if you are looking to purchase a new Chevy. And if their sales team and management are any indication of the overall quality of the dealership, then I'm betting this is also a great place to service your vehicle.Before I explain why Fowler is the best dealership I've ever worked with, let me take a few steps back and say that I've NOT had many positive experiences with car dealerships over the years. My last three vehicles have all been Chevrolets, so between purchasing and servicing I've worked with a number of Chevy dealerships in recent years. While I've met several individuals at those dealerships who were pleasant to work with, the overall experience at each of those dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn't slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn't able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I'm pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn't have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and marked it up $5K like their competitors down the street at Foundation Chevy would have done. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck.True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn't have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn't the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. He also knew I had driven up from Colorado Springs and had made sure that my new Bolt was fully charged for our drive home (which hadn't been the case when I bought my previous Bolt at a dealership over 200 miles from my home).We had to stay at the dealership for a couple of hours because the process of completing an MSRP swap is more complicated than buying a car. Doc and Adam were well prepared thou”

“2000 Discovery starts but won't allow anyone to put it in DRIVE. After checking lights we saw that a front turn signal wasn't working. One bulb socket was burnt out, so we started looking around parts stores. We're shocked that this bulb socket wasn't available at local auto parts, and has to be ordered by the dealer for approx. $30 + TAX. Dealer parts dept. was helpful, but we felt that was too expensive. So we ordered one on the internet. Still paid around $30, but we're getting the whole light assembly with two brand new bulb sockets included.”
