“I was in hold and Amanda was helping a elderly man in the store she was so patient and she didn't stop until she helped him. Once she was able to help me I had to come into the store once I was there Amanda and the other young lady helped me right away and was able to figure out my problem within minutes and fixed it just as fast. One of the assistant managers--I wish I could remember her name!--gave me impeccable service the whole time I was there, which was a few hours. She was 100% committed to problem-solving my issue and was ready to go to any lengths to do so, all while being kind, friendly, and extremely attentive (and an amazing multitasker--whoa!) I was then redirected to call 611 to talk to customer service. On hold for 45 minutes and then they were unable to get me a return label. I was redirected to a store front. Chenille worked on my issue with customer service for over an hour to get me a label. She was amazing at multitasking while on hold and helping other customers. You have an awesome employee!!!”
