This Safelite is great. The front desk folks and the technicians are super friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs. I've had a windshield replacement and a chip repaired here and they both came out really well. They worked directly with my insurance to handle the payments and it was very easy to deal with. Super satisfied!

While I had to wait over 3 hours for my windshield replacement due to short staff, the employees could not have been nicer and more responsive! Points to Ryan Flynn for helping me procure an OEM windshield for my Honda and dealing with my installation company. Thanks guys!
