“Took my daughter's car to Caliber collision on Market St recommended by my brother in law. David had assisted him previously and he highly recommended him. From the beginning David and the ladies up front at reception made my daughter and I feel at home. David was very professional, answered all our questions and made the process go a lot smoother than other auto shops. “Thomas Automotive Repair was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about them and their service! In October 2023, I brought my car into Audi Rocklin (where I purchased my vehicle), because it felt like the transmission was slipping when the gears shifted as I accelerated. Audi Rocklin kept the car for five business days. At the end, they said they found nothing and no problem with the transmission and/or any other reasons for the gear slipping. They were also unable to replicate the experience I had with the car. They returned the car and charged me $245 (and change) for the diagnostic, as well as the cost of gas for an Audi SUV loaner car (more expensive gas usage than my car). I continued to drive my car and experienced the same gear "slipping" experience while accelerating. After two more weeks, it seemed to be getting worse, so I took it to Thomas Automotive Repair in Yuba City. Within four hours, the automotive technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My car runs like new! The problem turned out to be with the spark plugs. They were all miss-firing and one of them was badly damaged.Thomas Automotive Repair not only fixed the problem (the same day I took the car in), but they also took photos of the damaged spark plugs, gave the actual spark plugs to me, and explained in detail the problem and how they fixed it. I must say, I was very impressed; and so was my brother-in-law (who owns an auto repair shop in San Francisco) when I showed him all that Thomas Automotive did. So glad it wasn't the transmission (Phew!). I'm definitely taking my car to Thomas Automotive Repair from now on. Thank you so much!!”

Other shops in the area had a full week wait time, but Sean was able to order the windshield and have it replaced and recalibrated the next day. “My bedroom window broke and I called different places but they all told me it would be scheduled for the next day. I urgently needed it fixed since it's December and very cold. I called Pacific Glass Services and the man I spoke to said he could come by the same day for an estimate and replacement. Took him a while to get here for the estimate but once he left, he came back within an hour and he replaced my bedroom window. Extremely satisfied and pricing was great!”

“Very courteous, friendly staff who made the process more efficient and less stressful or intimidating. The windshield replacement was said to take about 2 hours and it was completed a few minutes early. Although I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment, I ran 1-2 min late due to an errand and was glad it wasn't too big of an issue. The lady who helped with the checkout process was also very accommodating regarding a discount that couldn't be applied when making the appointment online. She applied it in-person and I appreciated her patience and positive attitude. The gentlemen who also worked on the car and had me check in were also very friendly and so far, they did a great job on the windshield replacement and windshield wipers. However, they didn't run me through the do's and don'ts after the replacement...”
