From the beginning David and the ladies up front at reception made my daughter and I feel at home. David was very professional, answered all our questions and made the process go a lot smoother than other auto shops. Car pick up was quick and we were able to leave our rental there for enterprise to pick up the following day which was great. One less thing to deal with. Few shops in the YC area that I'd recommend and this place is definitely one.”

“Had a minor accident which resulted in more repairs than expected (isn't that always the way?) Anyway, asked my mechanic for a referral and he said he used A-1, so I drove there. I mean, if your mechanic uses them.....!!! They were so very polite and understanding. Had to order the parts, a couple of which were on backorder (again, ITATW?) but since the car was driveable, no big. Was told it'd be ten biz days to repair. It actually took an extra 1 1/2 days, due to finding additional damage once they started the work (ITATW!) There was a problem with the insurance sending them payment, but that was also finally resolved. The car runs and looks like new--it's ten years old! They even washed it (when I picked it up it was raining!!) and cleaned the inside. I can't recommend them highly enough. Polite, thoughtful, considerate people.”

“Mike and the guys at service king (crash champions) took great care of me today!! I was in desperate need of headlight adjustment after a small crash. I had been calling around with no luck finding someone to help me. I got a call back from Mike on Saturday and Monday right after work Mike got me in and out. My headlights are to spec now and I can see the road. Most importantly it was a safety issue with winter approaching. Mike was genuinely concerned for mine and others safety on the road. “Very courteous, friendly staff who made the process more efficient and less stressful or intimidating. The windshield replacement was said to take about 2 hours and it was completed a few minutes early. Although I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment, I ran 1-2 min late due to an errand and was glad it wasn't too big of an issue. The lady who helped with the checkout process was also very accommodating regarding a discount that couldn't be applied when making the appointment online. She applied it in-person and I appreciated her patience and positive attitude. The gentlemen who also worked on the car and had me check in were also very friendly and so far, they did a great job on the windshield replacement and windshield wipers. However, they didn't run me through the do's and don'ts after the replacement...”
