“Not that hard to get in to if you plan your route ahead. Yes, they are on Topanga where it has a concrete divider and you can't turn in from the northbound lanes, but you can turn onto the street before it and get there with a short detour. You can also turn into the Bank of America parking lot from East bound Sherman Way and drive through to the Citibank lot if you don't want to make the right on Topanga. Service is about what you'd expect from Citibank, and the lines are usually shorter than most. If they get a rush at a usually light traffic time it can take longer, but they usually anticipate well. No problems getting in and out during my lunch break. The teller machines are seldom down and the place is clean. Other than a few square tiles missing from the mosaic over the door I don't have any problems.”

“I have to say.. i was really worried reading the reviews BEFORE going to this branch.BUT.. I feel like i went to a totally different place than what everybody is describing!I have nothing but positive things to say:- the place was practically empty, only like 3 customers in line.. which talks about them being efficient.- I made an appointment to open an account before going which they had on their system and were ready for me.- the guy at the front desk was great, really polite and engaging, he checked I had everything ready for my appointment, gave a me a recommendation on the best product to get based on what I needed and let the next person know I was ready for her.. really great guy.- then Erica help me get set up with an account, she was amazing as well, extremely engaging, personalized rapport, seamlessly walked me through a TON of "paperwork" but made it seem so easy and straightforward.. she even help me set up my online baking on the same appoinment and made sure to clarify every question I had.I walked out of there only 25 mins past my appointment time with everything I needed and an outstandingly positive impression on my very first visit.:)”
