Wow.! Long lines are gone. The experience at Bank of America has changed.. this time I Didn't have to make a line to make a check deposit for a client. Plus on my last visit Daniel V. went above and beyond to assist me with professionalism and efficiency.!

There is only 1 teller at the bank it took me 40 minutes to making an appointment in person. Customer service is so slow. They really need more workers
