“Looking to sign up for a new account and at first went to the branch on Beach and Garden Grove. Rude security guard, lines about a block long. And not to mention the difficulty getting into the plaza with the bumper to bumper traffic going on. This branch is hidden and not crowded at all there were maybe one or two people in line. My new banker Hai greeted me as quickly as I came in. And assisted me with setting up a Military veteran account. As a veteran I don't like being in one location too long and he got me out of there quick and easy. Was done in what seemed like a matter of minutes. He has absolutely great customer service skills. His service is impeccable. If he is not the Branch manager then they need to make him one. Extremely satisfied with the service I received and am glad I gave Chase a second chance and signed up for a new checking and savings account. Thanks Hai for making me a happy customer.”
“All I can say is "WOW"! I was introduced to Nike Shelton-Padilla through my brother. He told me what a reliable Banker she was, and he was sure she could help me with a PPP loan for my business. Nike was excellent at helping me fill out all the papers online, and has been in constant communication with me regarding the process of my loan. Lots of parking and well away from the collection of stores in this particular strip mall so plenty of parking. I did not interact with any staff”
