Franklin, the manager went out of his way to fix the fraudulent debit card I was dealing with. Worked on unlocking my app and stayed to almost after closing to rectify my situation. Best experience at a Bank of America

Wow.! Long lines are gone. The experience at Bank of America has changed.. this time I Didn't have to make a line to make a check deposit for a client. Plus on my last visit Daniel V. went above and beyond to assist me with professionalism and efficiency.!

While I am not a fan of BofA in general because of all their ridiculous fees (something like a 15% fee for taking out a cashier's check typically, as an example), Jay, at this branch was absolutely fantastic and helpful on our recent visit! He helped us take care of everything we needed to get myself on my wife's (we are newly married) accounts and more.

Unbelievably rude staff. Slow as molasses and lack people skills. Waited a half an hour to deposit a check and then the clown and his supervisor were just unapologetic and rude. Loath bofa

They're service is terrible, overall. Specially it gets worse when Vietnamese employees are taking care of Vietnamese clients. They've take at least 15 mins. minimum when dealing in the counter window. This process shall be quick and easy.

One banker available at two branches within 15 miles of my home. Been banking with them for years but they cannot hire and keep people. Disappointing!

I've never liked B of A, fees for this fees for that... Well, what do you know - $8 fee to cash a check. My kids received a check for Christmas from their Nana, and because that's her bank. Any who, that's not the reason for this review. Josh, happens to be a teller at B of A and a rude disrespectful one at that. I approached him with a smile, and left with a frown. Simply requested the service of cashing a check, I endorsed it and was pulling out my ID. With an attitude, "do you have an account?" My reply, "no, I don't - but she does - that's why I'm here." Without even looking at my ID, he starts checking out the check - looks at the back. Looks at me, grabs my ID. "You can call her if you'd like." I told him. Then he realized we had the same last name, and took his sweet time entering all my information. He put the cash and my ID in the little dish, "there was a $8 fee.." Did he count the money, nope! In my opinion, there should be no fee. Check issuer is a customer, I took the time to walk-in and cash it. You basically just charged a fee, took it out of what was intended to be a gift from the issuer "your customer" - where does your loyalty stand to your customers? Further more, if one of the two parties is an actual B of A customer - you're stating to your customers, we don't honor you or appreciate your business. Josh, don't treat everyone like they are a criminal - except the fact that some people aren't fans and they choose to bank elsewhere. Also, it wouldn't hurt to try charm school - it could be beneficial! Hopefully!

How does a big bank get away with scamming customers. I go in on 1/14 to make a car payment due 1/15 and they tell me not to worry it is going to be applied but my receipt is dated 3 days in the future for the 17th. I have no proof i am on time though im one day early. Is this Legit? Transaction date to me means the date i made the transaction not some future date. Am i wrong ? I have to deal with anxiety now for several days. Is that fair or make sense? .... Coming back to edit this review. Its now feb 8 and the transaction is dated 1/17. Fortunately there is no late fee.

Takes forever line out the door. Employees standing around counting Pennie's with client. 3rd in line for 1/2 hour. No tellers. So sick of this. Customer for 40 years. That ends today.

I made an appointment to meet with what BOA/Merrill Lynn called bank investment representative just for simple transaction. She was clueless what she was doing. Really stupid. Disappointed

There is only 1 teller at the bank it took me 40 minutes to making an appointment in person. Customer service is so slow. They really need more workers

Can bank of america please open this location. If not, can the property owner raise the rent of this bank to the point where this branch sells so that way a bank who actually wants to make money can open up in its place. I have a business to run and this bank being closed is costing me thousands of lost revenue every month.

This is by far the worst bank I've ever been too. I've been going here for a few months because it's close to my work. By far the worst their is always a 30 min wait because they only open one teller , every teller wants to talk to you even when their are 20 other people In line , whatever you do DO NOT COME HERE!!!

While waiting in line to talk to the teller, I heard a banker talk very loudly over the phone, reading aloud the name and SSN of a client, twice. She spoke in Vietnamese while several Vietnamese people were around. Seriously!

Lines are much shorter and staffing seems to be greater Business teller line has been reopened Banks aren't fun, but this one provides service at a high level. The difference between a few years ago and now is very positive.
