“This is for the copy center, specifically for the customer service. I needed to print some forms and my brand new USB wasn't working in the machines. Not sure why. They are as old as DINOSAURS! There was only one employee working (see photo), but he guided me thru a process of emailing the document to the machine. While I waited I watched this employee GENUINELY HELPING multiple customers in the meantime. My print was $0.79 and he didn't even charge me for it. It's so rare to experience good customer service these days, I gotta shout it out. Especially since everything about the place seems run down, like it's seen warfare.”
