“A year ago I needed something imported but I did not know anything about customs or customs brokers so I did feel like there was a lot of paper work to go through, but I'm sure that's pretty standard. The point is they got my 2 pieces from Morocco through customs and they are now where they belong! Now more recently I was looking to ship something over seas for a few months and get it brought back. Other companies I called and emailed did not seem interested in answering my questions at all- but then I remembered this place from last year, I called and Damion was so nice, answered all my questions and these are the guys I want to take my business to! But I really want to compliment the young lady in print, I didn't get her name but she is brown skinned with a long ponytail. She was really patient and she really helped me out, I really appreciate the help I received, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“I have been a customer of STAPLES Inglewood store for over twenty years. Requiring heavy utilization of the COPY and PRINTING dept. For years my "go to" associate in thatdept was 'TANG". However she moved on to another store. A notable new crop of workers there are Eliza and Zarria. Recently I had went there with a need for services , I had a historic photo that needed down sizing which I did with Eliza. However, upon looking at it it needed to also be lightened. So I went back and was served by ZARRIA !!! ZARRIA !!!,ZARRIA!! She nailed it by lightening the copy, her result was truly amazing and I left a :"HAPPY CUSTOMER" with a smile on my face.Thanks to the management for hiring and training ZARRIA.”

“This has been my local post office for over 20 years. I have had very few problems here. Reading through the comments I see that there are quite a few complaints about the wait time, the hours of operation, and accountability. Some of these concerns are valid and some of them are just a bunch of Karens. It's true that this office typically has one clerk. The clerk can't do anything about that. They can't magically grow another clerk every time someone asks for more help. A lot of people are just impatient and they take it out on the clerk. I turn around and walk right back out if I feel the line is too long. I usually plan my visit based on whether I have time to spare or not. I've noticed that the turnaround here is high and I can only imagine that it's because of the stress they are constantly put under. A lot of times it's not the clerk's fault the line moves so slow. There are so many people who come in unprepared (wrong shipping label, no box, no tape, no customs form) and hold up the line but somehow it's the clerks fault!? Bottom line don't come here if you don't have time to spare, are impatient, rude and entitled. If you need to complain to someone do it to the postmaster general.”

“I went to this PO today at around 3:30pm to cash out some money orders. The PO clerk went about and beyond to help me out. She was awesome. I wish more PO clerks learned from her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and courtesy. I didn't catch her name, unfortunately.”

“The lady who works there now seems really nice and she's going as fast as she can... I heard that they can't find anyone else to help her it seems they are short on post masters currently at this location... There's three windows and only one open... Also she has to shut down for lunch which is understandable but they really need a second post master”
