I didn't know the size and I got some help from one of the people at this place. It should be more obvious to people who are better with tools how to get exactly what you want, but not me. They were helpful, I got what I wanted, and it was cheap and easy.”

Finally finished building my house and thanks to Atlant Home, everything is exactly as I wanted and its absolutely beautiful. They really helped me with the color combinations of the tiles and making decisions. It really can get overwhelming with so many choices and options. Nshan is very patient and humble. Surprisingly All was done very fast and no smell at all because this unique material made from nature and water base. “I went in today for exchange a damaged drawer that I bought a week ago. they are so nice, no questions ask. Rosa asked Charlie to help me, he immediately say " yes". Rosa told me how to get the item and showed me the item number. I walked over and kind of lose because it's a big warehouse, Charlie opposed me with a my old damaged drawer and help me to pick out the right one. I am in and out within a few minutes.WoW!! 10 of 10. Thanks Charlie and Rosa. I am so appreciated for your help. Great employees!!”

“I usually go to Hollywood Home Depot and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived here today! It was clean as I was walking in, as we entered everyone made eye contact with a smile and greeting. When looking at some wood boards We were asked to move so that they could use the fork loft to put something on shelves, but they were confident and pleasant when asking us and nice. I walked up to some employees to ask to borrow a pen and they readily made eye contact with a smile inquiring what I might need help with. There was no chasing down employees they all seemed eager to help with the Exception for one woman, but there's always the exception! Ron was nice and eager to help and cut our boards for us and seemed happy to help. All in all, it was a nice breath of fresh air!”

“I had mixed feelings about Synder Diamond, as I have had good and not so good experiences over the years. Last year they supplied me with Graff products for a new bathroom remodel. 18 months later, the faucets coating started to peel away, I took it up with my salesperson, Loren, who told me over the phone there wasn't much he could do since it was over a year ago and that this happens a lot with black fixtures?!? I was also having issues with temperature regulation, so I decided to go in and talk with the service department, I was greeted by Kyle Gonzales, he asked me lots of questions, all the time apologizing for any inconvenience and that he would take care of this for me. He did exactly what he said he would do and a new faucet arrived on my doorstep a week later. So refreshing to have someone stand by their product, put the customer first and follow through.”

“This review is for Lisa B. and Carter. 5 stars, 100% because.Lisa B. in the flooring section, was amazing.!!!!! She spent so much time with us, we had many questions regarding artificial turf. Now to Carter, assistant manager.when we first walked in the store my experience was not good.My husband and I went to the flooring department to look at the artificial turf. There were three employees talking, and not one acknowledged us after five minutes, I then said excuse me, may I speak to the manager one of the female says I'm an assistant manager, I said oh we've been standing here and no one helped us, she said oh I didn't see you there. Well, of course you did and your back was to us. To me she had an attitude so I asked for a store manager and she left and the store manager never came. I saw this gentleman who turned out to be an assistant manager, Carter, he helped us with a a lot of questions. He was amazing. He then turned us over to Lisa B to continue to help us because he had to attend another customer. Bravo to Home Depot for hiring two great people that have awesome customer skills. Home Depot. “So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”

Had to ask a Customer at the store on recommendations on a product information. He was pretty knowledgeable about it too. Will I come back to this location?? Definitely!! Cesar (from the Garden department) was very helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for in his department. “The worshops for kids are an excellent activity. The staff is good in general. They could be more friendly with working with kids. Some of the staff are young and look indifferent with any kid. The lady at the main table is great. She has attitude and always pending what materials the kids need.A couple of times they were short on ⚒️ and and we had to bought them.In general, we like this activity. It is a safe place to go with kids (2-16yo) is screen free, promotes healthy family time and helps to develop life skills for kids and adults.The workshop today were amazing! We know Lucas the Spider ?️, my toddler loves the plush, and the treasure chest is so cute.”

“90% of the customers received unacceptable service, why really? Usually, any store you enter, the employees immediately greet the customers with a happy face and try to provide the best service to the customer, which will ultimately lead to better sales. But here it is completely the opposite. Their attempt is to make the customer run away as if it is a government store, the employees have fixed salaries and it doesn't matter how much they sell in a month. So sit on the chair, don't bother yourself, don't get tired, the customer will go and find what he needs, if he doesn't find what he needs, he will buy somewhere else Enjoy sitting and being an employee ??”

I was surprised at how late they were open til (8 or 9pm, I forget) and how "unbusy" it was but that probably had to do with the time of day (early Sunday evening). Found what we were looking for after a bit of a search with the help of an employee. Was able to get in and out with ease. Store was clean and aisles free of clutter.”

“Just like to say that guy Jesus in plumbing or faucets somewhere in the back of the store should be supervisor for sure. Not only did he go above and beyond to answer our questions, he also walked with us to the location rather than to just say oh check aisle "X and O" but he was also answering other customers questions in between with a quick and precise location so anybody can easily understand. He seemed knowledgeable, friendly and made some of my friends who work at Home Depot look like (yes that). He thoroughly explained to me the difference in prices and what I'm getting for what I'm buying. He deserves the recognition for being an outstanding employee which Home Depot should encourage while he's there before he moves to better opportunities.”
“Kenny and team installed a (custom-designed) door and sidelights and some locks for us. Kenny was very responsive to my requests, and design sense. (and a few quirks). He communicated necessary information (re delays, or orders) along the way, and always assured me he would make things right. He did indeed. Good workmanship is top priority for Kenny and if it didn't look right to him, he made it right. His team of workers and installers are top notch, reliable and friendly. We are thrilled with our new door, and grateful to have found the Tashman team who handled everything seamlessly.”
