“My fiancé and I have been living at the Guild for 6 months now and we can both say that as our first place together, the Guild and its staff have been great. Within the past 6 months, we have come upon two problems in our apartment in which Bahar and the Guild team were so quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Also, Fina who is the buildings cleaning staff is such a delight to have around. If you see her around she is always so happy and singing. She always makes sure to greet you with a smile and is easy to talk with. Fina, is part of the reason why the apartment is always looking nice and smelling great.

“I moved into these apartments in November 2015. At the time the LL was Elizabeth, who was an absolute horror story to rent with. She would berate residents, berate the UPS and Fed Ex drivers that were there to deliver packages, would often ignore service requests, and finally let her boyfriend help manage the building although he was not an employee of Beverly Hills Properties. However, about a year before I moved we got a new LL, Nary. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I was so sad when I moved out (I was relocated to a new city for work). The apartments and residents are fantastic, and Nary is the absolute best!”

“I just spent 3.5 years of my life in LA living at the Roosevelt in DTLA. All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. The flowers that Gina adds to the lobby, such a great touch.Amin, Ade, Janet, Michael, all great people that ensure the safety of the residents by maintaining the front of the house. “I took a tour of this property today and it seems like a very lovely place to live. The building has beautiful views of its Koreatown neighborhood. It's also very clean and quiet. Jenny Molina, who works in the leasing office, and Zach Bane, who was my leasing agent, were amazing when giving me the rundown of the property. They were very thorough with their information and very pleasant people as well. I viewed a studio and a one-bedroom apartment, which both were gorgeous. They both have balconies, lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Hampshire Place Apartments is a place where I can see myself living happily long-term.”

“We lived here for a little over two years and moved out in March due to moving to another state. Scott, who's the property manager, and Nelson, savior who fixes everything, were fantastic and always very responsive. As with any apartment, things go wrong, but the follow up was always very quick and the fixes were not just bandaid solutions. The whole place and surrounding area is spotless and quiet-- we immediately knew this was the place we wanted to live and spend our time. Throughout the whole application process Courtney and Ashley were there to answer any questions we had, helping make the whole move-in process completely painless.We love our coinless laundry, the gym, the PARKING, our newly outfitted kitchen... I could write a novel about how much we love this place. If you're in the market for an apartment in Burbank and there's an open spot at Toluca Terrace, you'll regret not jumping at the opportunity to live here.”

“I’ve been living here for 4 months and have really enjoyed it so far! The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the management team has been extremely communicative and responsive any time I’ve needed to speak with them or brought an issue to their attention. Regarding maintenance issues, Sergio is doing SUCH a stellar job. He is quick and efficient and such a nice guy too. I run into him occasionally and he always says hello and asks if I need anything. So far so good!”

“I toured the 3 bedroom plus den yesterday and was absolutely pleased. It had views of the mountains, great ventilation and a lot of sun. The layout was great and the apartment was updated and pristine. It was more than adequate in size. A lot of apartment for the price and the high vaulted ceilings made it feel even bigger. The grounds are lush, and the work out rooms are state of the art. Alissa Delgado was my leasing agent. What an attraction she is to Waterstone Media Center. She is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would rate her a 10 out of 10!!! Waiting anxiously to see if I have been approved. I would be over the moon to call Waterstone my home.”

“Spring Arcade refers not only to the building above it, but also the grand, airy, arched arcade at ground level. You can spot it via grand, Spanish Baroque-inspired arches along either a Spring or Broadway between 5th and 6th here in DTLA. Inside is a multilevel arcade that once hosted over five dozen shops but which now appears to focus on a handful of low-key eateries at a ground-level food court. It's still wide and spacious enough to walk through and explore, similar to the 6 1/2 Avenue arcade in midtown Manhattan.”

Quick turnover time when it comes to any issues or maintenance that’s required!The apartments have good insulation as well so it definitely helps out during the colder winter months.”

“This review is only for the viewing, as I don’t live here… yet ;).Erin called me on a Saturday, replying to an inquiry I sent online, and I just so happened to be in the area doing errands and she accommodated my schedule right away. She gave a lovely tour of the grounds and showed me some units I wasn’t even really considering, but instantly loved! She was working off of my boyfriend and my reaction to the units I was originally interested in and really hit the nail with the others. Erin explained everything very thoroughly and even took the time to email me right away when I asked for some info. Very responsive, effective management from Erin!!!Travis helped me with some administrative and logistical tasks of filling out my paper application. He was very quick and very helpful when answering my questions.Even the cleaning staff was so friendly while I was waiting in the lobby.I feel like Erin and Travis really worked well together and it elevated my experience as a future resident. I’m very happy to have had such an amazing start to a beautiful new chapter at Pacific Plaza!”

“I have been a Modera Hollywood residence for 2,5 years and have had the absolute BEST experience with the community and management. The management team is the greatest I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. They have made me feel safe and at home since BEFORE I even moved in. Truly, the best team. Karim is always helpful, communicates efficiently and very quick to solve anything you'd ever have an issue with. Ed and Loui from maintenance are supreme. “Stayed here for 2 years. It's a small and friendly community. Property managers are accommodating and responsive to various requests. Not to mention occasional events and freebies.My only complaints are noise and sometimes property managers being unreachable (they seldomly were onsite and on holidays things can happen - the past July 4th caused a delivery paralysis at the building.)But overall I enjoyed my stay and do recommend this apartment complex.”

“12431 Rochester Avenue, known as LA Archer has been for two years, an extremely satisfying experience, surpassing my most challenging expectations. The interior design allows for the natural light - particularly sunsets - to be a strong protagonist of an amazing atmosphere, the distribution and spaces is practical and balanced, furnishing is top level, many functions controlled by your smartphone, never had to wait for the elevator, a social roof top with a great view and amenities, a very practical Amazon hub, spacious parking and definitely, a great location in Santa Monica, close to everything you might need.The best of it though, is a very efficient administrative team, from services to repairs, lead by Haley Landswell, who is extremely professional, warm, always smiling - even by email - and emphatic to resolve and fix any kind of issues presented.Check it out and don't hesitate, but ask for Haley!”

With heaters keeping us cozy and comfy seating, we were set for a leisurely dining experience.Now, let me tell you about the food – it was simply divine! We dove into a feast of appetizers, and boy, were we impressed. My taste buds did a happy dance with every bite of the margarita flatbread – those fresh tomatoes? Delish! And don't even get me started on the brisket potato skins and flying pig flatbread. The honey drizzle on the latter? Absolute perfection.Feeling like something lighter, we shared the Caprese salad, which came beautifully arranged on skewers – so Instagram-worthy! And of course, no meal is complete without a little something to sip on. “My fiancé and I have been living at SVT for a few months now and I can truly say, WE LOVE IT HERE! From feeling safe to enjoying our view every day it's such a great feeling. The security, leasing office, maintenance man, they are all so kind and make us feel at home. We've also made friends with our neighbors on our floor as well as below us. Everyone is friendly. Since we've moved in, Rosie (the propery manager) has been so helpful and answered any questions we had. She checks on her tenants to ensure they are happy which I LOVE! Makes us feel more at home knowing that she cares and knows our name, as well as our fur baby :) I highly recommend looking into living here. There's lots to do such as walk the stars, lay out by the pool, make you a cup of coffee from the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby. Not to mention, there are 3 different Targets in less than 3 miles of eachother, Starbucks in walking distance, and a Trader Joe's a block away. You won't regret living here!!!!”
