They made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. I even got a fallow-up call tge next day.If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But EVERTHING cost too much these says. “This place is amazing! They whole staff is outstanding and caring. The Dr doesn't try to get you to get stuff done that you don't need just for money! He genuinely cares about animals and explain everything in a way you'll understand. The vibe as soon as you walk in is so comfortable. And every time I've been there , when another customer comes in there pet has yet to be scared. I've seen owners get pulled in by there pup! That ,to me at least, says so much alone. Also they are up to date on the best and newer medical advancement. I have a cat who has arthritis and he disgust with me this new shot that's out now, well let me tell you, it's a opioid free , miracle medicine! She had no side affects and at 12yrs old she became a kitten again. She was more active and happier than she was at 4yrs old! I am speechless and it's all thanks to them! He just off that aura that just makes you feel like it's going to be ok. The couple whose practice this is , has there bio on the website and I think that's nice to know a little about them. Heck he's a cow expert too! That's awesome ?I drive 30 miles from my house just to take my cat to them there that good and I'll never go anywhere else. It's rare to fine somewhere that takes there time with care AND amazing prices. Especially for it being in a nice area. Thank you to the whole staff for just being genuinely amazing people! Your hard work and big hearts don't go unnoticed, and your line of work isn't easy ! Thank you all! ”

“We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

“We decided to try YLPCC is weekend. We were seen on time. We liked the fact the doctor did the exam and procedure right in the room with us. He explained everything though out the exam. Our dog, Eddie, was actually checked by them when he first arrived at the shelter. It felt like fate to go to them since it was close to our place as well. The place was so clean and even Eddie enjoys his vet visits. The prices are actually shown and explained to you so there are no surprises with costs (AMAZING!!). They will not suggest any additional services unless it's needed. This place is definitely not about the money. You can tell that they want their patients happy and healthy. Staff is very friendly. They even remembered Eddie's first visit with the people from the shelther. They really care. <3 I'm so happy that we go to this clinic. And I'm sure Eddie will say the same. “My dog was coughing like crazy at 1AM on a Saturday morning. Being first time dog person I had no idea what coughing sounds like for a dog. I was so concerned and researched online for vet places nearby that were open on Saturdays and landed on Pomona Valley Vet Hospital. I called them as soon as they opened shop and they quickly set up appointment for my dog for same morning. I feel so fortunate and grateful. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. He was thorough and patient. He ordered an x ray which confirmed my dog had bronchitis and prescribed meds appropriately. He went over x ray w me and explained meds for me. He even read and interpreted blood results for me that another vet took 2 months ago, who did not explain numbers to me. I am very please here and will make it my dog’s permanent vet place.”

“I've never in my life experienced a better Vet office. We've taken both our cat and dog here and they truly treat you like family. Recently, my 9 year old Golden retriever was having really bad seizures and there wasn't much we could do. Dr Angela White was so helpful, patient and loving throughout the whole process that at one point I remember thinking how I wished she was my kid's pediatrician. We decided the best decision was to let him go and if you've ever had to put a dog down, you know how hard that is. Dr. White was so patient with me. I don't have enough good things to say about this entire office and staff. I called on a whim one day when my old office was booked and I'm so grateful for that. I would never take any of my pets anywhere else. Dr. White you are an angel and our pets are so lucky they have you.”
