MUST READ!!!!Cha Cha Boogy (My Dog) had come back from her mission severely wounded, once I made her appointment to see another vet close by, located In the In n out parking lot close to the puente hills mall, [won't mention the name] They unfortunately turned me away saying the Dr.s in surgery i asked if I could wait, she sd NO. and watched as my dog and I stumbled away.After several attempts to other vets In the area including "No paw left behind" which should be changed to "We leave paws behind because we don't care about animals" my pops found this place Walnut Valley Hospital and they wer the 1 out of 6 places I called and I was refused help due to the doctors being in surgery (all day) and wouldn't allow me to take my only puppy in to get treated after being ran over by a car.Kudos to this place and its staff, because they did not refuse our request for help, my puppy is ALIVE and well, in addition they gave me a FREE follow up appt.*You can go with your pet to see the Dr. Just askI GIVE THIS BUSINESS, INCLUDING ALL OF ITS STAFF THE MY MOST COVETED AND PRESTIGIOUS ACCOLADE, THE (INS) AWARD.IN A INDUSTRY WHERE PEOPLE'S PETS ARE VALUED AS THEIR OWN, YOUR FRONT LINE STAFF DESERVES A (PAW APPLAUSE) ???Sincerely,WNH”

“My puppy's ears were discovered late, and the treatment was delayed because of something. The inside of the ears has already become swollen. I went to two other pet hospitals. One didn't know what to do, and the other prescribed random medicines. However, when I went home and tried the swelling, I couldn't even apply the medicine on my own. The doctor couldn't have noticed it, so he just prescribed the usual medicine. The medicine just wants to sell one order and be done with it.This is the only company that has the kind of medicine that can be used once a week, which is very effective in relieving itchiness and has already improved within three weeks. The doctor was very conscientious. After using it twice, he found that one tube on one side was too much and it all leaked out. He took the initiative to help me reduce it to half a tube on one side. Logically speaking, I would earn half the money this way.So I still highly recommend this place. My ears were treated here twice. If it were not too far away from home, I would not have switched to another clinic. In short, I highly recommend this clinic for ear treatment.But the business hours are too awkward. Can we choose a day or two off in the middle of the week like other stores do? Everyone works on Monday and Friday, but the door is open on Saturday morning, which is very inconvenient.”

“My regular vet couldn’t get me in for another week. Covina Animal Hospital got me in under two hours. No long waiting room wait time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. I even got a fallow-up call tge next day.If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But EVERTHING cost too much these says. So I would say it was a fair price for the services for these economic crazy times.Thank You!Shelby (my owner made me right this!, but I did have a good time, considering!)”

It was so hard to say goodbye to our dog Happy but the staff and Doctor here were so trauma informed and caring. They provided water for our dog to sip at his final visit and made the process so difficulty free for our dog. “Pet Doctors provides great care at a price that is as reasonable as could be expected. My dog just got 2 vaccinations for under $60.00, but if your pet requires critical care, the look price will naturally increase. If you are calling in, be patient and persistent. They may not answer on the first try, but once you get connected, it's good.”

“Booked an appointment here for the first time last week and absolutely love and recommend them! They let you wait in your car while a room is prepared, which helped my pup's anxiety massively. The team made sure I was with him as long as possible and only brought him to the back for five or so minutes. The vet, vet techs, vet assistants, and support staff were all kind and listened attentively to my thoughts and needs and responded accordingly. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy procedures that weren't absolutely necessary. Last and definitely not least, I was wearing a shirt which designated my pronouns as they/them. Not only did the staff compliment me multiple times on the shirt; they also correctly gendered me, which is above and beyond any veterinarian's office I've ever been in. Will definitely be using them in the future! :)”

“We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

“We decided to try YLPCC is weekend. We were seen on time. We liked the fact the doctor did the exam and procedure right in the room with us. He explained everything though out the exam. We were sent home with medications which they explained how to administer and when, also possible side effects. We were pleased with the visit.”

“My family will forever be grateful to Dr. Fernando Cruz at Sunny Hills Veterinary Hospital—he has a true connection with animals and a heart of gold.Short story long, many clinics proposed treatment plans that were complete overkill and prohibitive by any measure. Dr. Cruz made time to see our 10 y/o spaniel, Bella, the next day and was even able to perform a procedure that same day—saving us many hours of driving back and forth.The most impressive part was the follow-up efforts made by Dr. Cruz. “I am very picky with my vet and I almost did not want to write this review for the sake of keeping this vet as not as busy as possible for my own good. But they deserve this honest review. And no, this is not for the "free nail trim" for writing a review. My cat doesn't need nail trims. I have visited this vet for a few years now (maybe about 5+ visits). Every single encounter was beyond expectations. The reception, tech, and vets are professional, kind, and caring. I believe my first few visits were while there was an ownership change going on. Because I remember my appointments with an older gentleman vet, middle aged woman vet (I think it was Dr. Starr), and Dr. Jung. I think the term "ownership change" never has a good connotation, but not in this case. All three vets were amazing and professional. I can truly sense that all the vets actually cared. One of the visit was due to my cat's squinting eye. I had two trips due to this and it was resolved after the second visit (Dr. Jung tried different methods and antibiotics). My cat is 15 and they never try to push any unnecessary exams, vaccines, or try to sell anything. They recommend what is needed and is good for your pet. Noah's Ark Animal Hospital has my full trust and I will never take my cat anywhere else. I had some unpleasant experiences at other vets and I just wish I found Noah's Ark sooner. “Love love love this pet clinic. We just got our rescue and being first time pet owners, Dr. Bae and team were so helpful and accommodating in our journey. Our dog, Eddie, was actually checked by them when he first arrived at the shelter. It felt like fate to go to them since it was close to our place as well. The place was so clean and even Eddie enjoys his vet visits. The prices are actually shown and explained to you so there are no surprises with costs (AMAZING!!). They will not suggest any additional services unless it's needed. This place is definitely not about the money. You can tell that they want their patients happy and healthy. Staff is very friendly. They even remembered Eddie's first visit with the people from the shelther. They really care. <3 I'm so happy that we go to this clinic. And I'm sure Eddie will say the same. Whenever he's done with injections/procedures, he's always just happy and calm. You can tell that took good care of him. I highly recommend this place! Go and check it out. You'll like it too.”

“Myself and my wife went after the New Year to take in our 14 + old Tabby gray cat GOHAN to see if they could put him down as he was suffering for over 9 days he had multiple medical conditions , and had been slowly declining never complained by crying or anything. We had a rough time getting through the process of parting ways with Gohan he was such a great cat & will be missed dearly. The Doctor, his son , & their staff were very understanding and still being our first time visit at that clinic, treated Gohan as they would do any animal checked ,examined him, weighed him, explained his condition to us , and allowed us to be able to make the hard decision of putting him down so he could be at peace. We highly recommend this clinic , and will definitely be bringing in our other animals to this clinic . Our clinic was booked and closed one extra day for New Years and we appreciated this place for being open, and that staff, and doctors , for the way that they handled our situation professionally.
