“My regular vet couldn’t get me in for another week. Covina Animal Hospital got me in under two hours. No long waiting room wait time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. I even got a fallow-up call tge next day.If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But EVERTHING cost too much these says. They provided water for our dog to sip at his final visit and made the process so difficulty free for our dog. “We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

“I am very picky with my vet and I almost did not want to write this review for the sake of keeping this vet as not as busy as possible for my own good. But they deserve this honest review. And no, this is not for the "free nail trim" for writing a review. My cat doesn't need nail trims. I have visited this vet for a few years now (maybe about 5+ visits). Every single encounter was beyond expectations. The reception, tech, and vets are professional, kind, and caring. I believe my first few visits were while there was an ownership change going on. Because I remember my appointments with an older gentleman vet, middle aged woman vet (I think it was Dr. Starr), and Dr. Jung. I think the term "ownership change" never has a good connotation, but not in this case. All three vets were amazing and professional. I can truly sense that all the vets actually cared. One of the visit was due to my cat's squinting eye. I had two trips due to this and it was resolved after the second visit (Dr. Jung tried different methods and antibiotics). My cat is 15 and they never try to push any unnecessary exams, vaccines, or try to sell anything. They recommend what is needed and is good for your pet. Noah's Ark Animal Hospital has my full trust and I will never take my cat anywhere else. I had some unpleasant experiences at other vets and I just wish I found Noah's Ark sooner. “Dr. Huang was great with our dog, Penny. Very compassionate and took the time to explain the options we had. Unfortunately, we ended up having to put her to sleep a week later, but Dr. Huang was very gentle and really listened to what we wanted. She allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye. The whole staff was great! Never did I feel pushed or rushed into something. They were all very caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Huang and the staff.”

“Myself and my wife went after the New Year to take in our 14 + old Tabby gray cat GOHAN to see if they could put him down as he was suffering for over 9 days he had multiple medical conditions , and had been slowly declining never complained by crying or anything. We had a rough time getting through the process of parting ways with Gohan he was such a great cat & will be missed dearly. The Doctor, his son , & their staff were very understanding and still being our first time visit at that clinic, treated Gohan as they would do any animal checked ,examined him, weighed him, explained his condition to us , and allowed us to be able to make the hard decision of putting him down so he could be at peace. We highly recommend this clinic , and will definitely be bringing in our other animals to this clinic . Our clinic was booked and closed one extra day for New Years and we appreciated this place for being open, and that staff, and doctors , for the way that they handled our situation professionally. “The doctor's here are AMAZING!!! Dr. Watanabe is like a real life Dr. Doolittle...he's incredible at reading his animal clients. Dr. Jeff his associate is also excellent!!My little adorable furry baby girl Butters, got sick on Friday morning before the Labor Day holiday. I was soooooo worried, that I wouldn't be able to get her help before the weekend. I called the office and they immediately took action to get us in!! After a quick check, we were given some medicine and we were on our way. They followed up with the test results on Tuesday, and gratefully, Butters is doing great once again!!You need to get on a wait list for the first visit, to establish your pet as a patient. Once you do that, you're pet will be treated like a VIP!!Be prepared because, they don't take credit cards, only checks or cash. Other than that, they're are great!!”

“They have been taking care of our cat for 2.5 years since we found her as a kitten. I do have an issue with the microchips they are using, and I did reach out to them for help. So I would go somewhere for a microchip and ask what the company is for the microchip and do some checking on it. I didn't do my homework in advance to ask what microchip they are putting on my cat and turned out to be some fishy company with hundreds of complaints with BBB that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, I found that not all microchip manufacturers are the same, so it matters what you chip your pet with.”
