I was able to ask the nice lady that works here a lot of questions about chicken husbandry and she was really nice about it, and patient. This is probably the closest place for me to get supplies, or I have to drive all the way to Pomona. Great! And the staff is very well versed in bird husbandry.”

“My family has been going here for 3 years now. We've taken 3 of our dogs here: a Maltese, poodle mix, and a Pomeranian. With our previous groomer, our Pomeranian, Bentley, would shake when we would get there. Now he loves going to the groomer! Lesslie does an amazing job and treats our dogs so sweetly! They also are very affordable. It's also impossible to brush Bentley's teeth but Lesslie manages to do it! Highly recommend! They truly care about your dogs :)”
“It's been awhile since we've been here but was glad to see there's still a good, old-fashioned feed and seed store close by. They host a Vet clinic Saturday and Sunday mornings and what a blessing for getting our 2 big puppies their rabies shots! Will be back soon to pick up some other supplies.”

My foster dog was born with only one kidney, the hepatic diet from JFFD literally is the only food he has been able to eat and thrive on. Jayne and Raquel at this location consistently go above and beyond to ensure that I always have his food to feed him. One time they ran out, they found it for me at another location and made sure to get his food to me asap. They have taken the time to get to know me, know my dogs and my very special foster boy with one kidney. I feel like most places don't care about customer service anymore, but these two ladies sure do! Thank you isn't enough, so I'm thanking them publicly for their outstanding customer care!”

“Fur Town's mobile services fully earned their 5-star rating with gentle grooming care for our 4-year old Saint-Newfoundland suffering with bone cancer. They made extra efforts to accommodate our schedule, arrived as promised, treated our pup with extra care, and did a wonderful job on a pup who could not have been able to go to a regular grooming salon. “Quick points for ppl that don't like reading long reviewsVery clean, Employees were very knowledgeable and very helpful with all questions I had, prices were good, will most definitely be returning.The long versionI recently visited this store based on glowing reviews on here so my expectations were high. It seems the store has changed ownership within the last year or so some of the images on here show a much bigger space but it seems the store has downsized a bit which is not to say thats a bad thing just an observation. Upon entering the store and looking around I was asked if I needed help I told them my situation with a Box turtle I had rescued that was in really poor shape the guys proceeded to give me at leas 10 mins worth of advice and answering my 20 questions without trying to upsell me just genuinely helping me out. All this to say that even though there is new ownership this store continues to be a top notch place for your reptile needs will definitely be coming here again.”

The entire staff from Barb who worked the front, to the bathers and groomers are just fantastic and you can tell that they care about the animals in the back. “My dog, Oso, have never been to a pet grooming place. This was his first and I have to tell you I am impressed by the service received. They bathe, groomed, and de-shed my dog. I will be honest the price was a bit on the high end (My dog is a medium built dog around 20-30 lbs.). Asking price was 95$ and we paid 90$ with 5$ discount for the review here. Unless there are other place can do it 10-20$ less, I will visit this place again.”
