“Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.”

“We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

I called first, and the front desk staff was extremely sympathetic and let me know they would be able to accommodate me. “Myself and my wife went after the New Year to take in our 14 + old Tabby gray cat GOHAN to see if they could put him down as he was suffering for over 9 days he had multiple medical conditions , and had been slowly declining never complained by crying or anything. We had a rough time getting through the process of parting ways with Gohan he was such a great cat & will be missed dearly. The Doctor, his son , & their staff were very understanding and still being our first time visit at that clinic, treated Gohan as they would do any animal checked ,examined him, weighed him, explained his condition to us , and allowed us to be able to make the hard decision of putting him down so he could be at peace. We highly recommend this clinic , and will definitely be bringing in our other animals to this clinic . Our clinic was booked and closed one extra day for New Years and we appreciated this place for being open, and that staff, and doctors , for the way that they handled our situation professionally. The price was very reasonable...?❤❤ R.I.P. Gohan......❤❤❤??”
