“Concur Motors, the place that gives service like you are actually at Mercedes or BMW, if not better. This is an honest real time review of a woman who really needed her 2019 BMW fixed after a rock slammed into the back of my exhaust (whoops!)My car was smelling strange, I brought it in. And what I can say about what I liked, was the comitment to the time frame to fix your car for one. But the biggest thing is the spectacular service I got from Sochie, and the rest of the crew, (and the shuttle they have to pick you up) was far beyond any dealership I have been to. They have hot coffee, and a very clean waiting room with TVs, magazines, (the only thing I would suggest is cookies! I know, I know, but that would be adding the last touches on an already well built business), its very clean, open, airy, and a cute jar for daily inspiration. They also keep you updated, with text and a direct data update, about your car. Service is A+++++ here. I am not sure if they are the cheapest place, but most places aren't for cars. I have had no problems with my car. My car was returned in 24hrs, fixed, they did additional work on it, and with a full tank of gas. I would also add, the final touches to make this place 6 stars would be to clean the cars out (detail carpet wise and insert their logo mats) and put in a thank you and a mint! But this is because I consult businesses for a living....overall, I highly recommend this dealership for any BMW needing work.”

One of pinkys employees, who went above and out of his way to get me up and going again so I wouldn't lose any more downtime at work. “I got a flat tire and it was 8pm so all tire places were closed. Well they were too but getting an appt for a replace tire was quick(next day) versus a few days from now or weeks in the case with costco tires. Anyway, I had been neglecting getting new tires, since I'm broke lol but no excuse now that I've had the same tire for 6 years with over 66k miles. I decided to replace them all and sure enough they found other cost to tag on which consisted of breaking pads etc. At any rate good service because my car feels brand new in the drive now. Btw it was Ricky that helped me out”

Only problem was 40 Lbs of air put in RF tire which I corrected at home. Overall I’ve always been very happy with Associated!”
