“TRUST and FAIRNESS are the 2 key attributes I look for in anyone but ESPECIALLY in an auto repair facility and Meineke Car center on Telegraph have to be some of the most trustworthy mechanic shops out there--with both these attributes! My good friend thought she heard a weird sound after running over something. After calling them, they saw her right away and checked the car, even on the freeway at a high speed and found nothing wrong. Even though they worked over 2 hours on it, they charged her nothing as they found nothing wrong. They were right, the car runs great. Other places may have charged a diagnosis fee and could have made up problems that didn't exist, but not these guys. Recently, my low beam headlight needed to be replaced and I've had trouble getting the light out of the socket in the past. A quick call to Meineke and Miguel had the light out in less than a minute, told me where I could get a replacement and then put it in for me all under 10 minutes. NO CHARGE. I'm definitely taking my car there for all it's repair needs and I encourage you to do the same!”

“Wow. Best service ever on a Tuesday AM after Labor Day. Opened 5 mins early to help me. Had a nail in a tire. They patched and fixed it, as well as rotated my tires in 20 mins flat, FOR FREE. I was gone by 825. Scott was a very nice, professional advisor and the finished up hand off with returning keys, explanation, and follow up was super friendly! I highly recommend this place!
