“My partner Kari and our two golden retrievers overheated on our drive for a Christmas visit in Oxnard, December 23. Our Subsru overheated just a couple miles from our destination, we drove ip from San Diego. Anywho, I did get an appointment at a local Subaru deletship, service center for 7:30am December 26. After they did their assessment the estimate was for over $7,000., basically a rebuilt engine. I declined their service and was recommended to Kenny’s Pep Boys. bottom line, no major rebuold, but it did take some work, but honest work.Especially being from out of town , dure was nice to be treated like a local!”
