“I visited this Staples store on Lincoln Blvd and was provided excellent customer service. My surge protector quit functioning and I wanted to purchase another identical one to replace it. That product was not in stock and I was guided to an alternative product after Asst. Manager Rene took time to scroll through pages of surge protectors trying to find the one I preferred. In addition, Staples employee Matthew, assisted with fixing my Staples cell phone app to show code for rewards accrued after my phone # inputted at check-out did not show available Rewards dollars. Cashier Sam was also very sweet and helpful. Really incredible experience here! Never expected such helpful people!”

“This is my second time visiting this Staples and again received excellent service yesterday! An associate named Josue kindly assisted me with getting a friends Celebration of Life Obituaries Completed. I came in for same day service and the store was extra swamped due to the Thanksgiving Week coming up on top of it been Friday. All of the associates one by one waited on and helped each patron waiting in the Print and Marketing area. Josue as well as helping me was helping several others. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a paper stock that I am so pleased with :) He even printed a sample so I could see the difference and feel confident about my choice. Even though it was extremely busy he assured me he'd do his best to have it done in an hour and he did. Even when I couldn't come back as soon as I wanted to he let me know the order was completed and waiting for pick up. Thank you Josue for all your help and excellent customer service! I have no idea why some of the ratings are mine they are on Yelp for this location. I find the employees here even in other parts of the store to be hardworking and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work and thank you all for your service.”
