My two/three day package arrived a day early and in tact. It was fragile and breakable so I value the care FedEx takes w packages. And they now provide a physical location address for Fed Ex and UPS deliveries...can't beat that!I also like that they have a Self Serve kiosk because the line tends to get long--especially during the holiday season.And they've been able to keep the immediate area free from the burgeoning vagrant population lately.
