“I never thought I'd actually enjoy going to a UPS location repeatedly, but the team here is awesome! Joseph is so warm and friendly to every customer, I legit feel like I'm back at my local coffee shop. Plus he went out of his way to help me when I goofed and didn't realize my Amazon returns were supposed to be customer-packed. Every other person who has assisted me has been friendly—even when one associate was treated quite poorly by the prior customer, she still greeted me kindly when she could've easily passed on the wrath!”

And they now provide a physical location address for Fed Ex and UPS deliveries...can't beat that!I also like that they have a Self Serve kiosk because the line tends to get long--especially during the holiday season.And they've been able to keep the immediate area free from the burgeoning vagrant population lately.
