“So, I have a job interview at a business nearby. They already have my resume as a pdf through LinkedIn. But, it never hurts to be prepared and have a physical copy, especially one that's laminated for extra credit points. When I asked the person behind the counter cutting things on one those large rectangular tables with the sharp blade embedded within handle, for precision cuts, I asked how to print something from my laptop. CC said oh just go here, email this address and then once you have the code we send you, then use the printer etc etc. I didn't realize that my checking account which only had $27/28 in it would be charged $25 for a deposit and then the remainder would be deposited back (could take a few hours or a few days depending on your bank apparently) into my account, because I just assumed I'd be charged for the $1-2 incl. taxes for the two sheets of paper (resume and back-up resume). I calmly explained my problem and said what do I do? And CC was extremely helpful in solving my problem. CC didn't have to go above and beyond ;but, he was quick, polite, and made sure I got to my interview on time. Zero complaints. If you need anything printed nice, book reports for school, resumes, formal letters, RSVP's, etc... I'd come here.”

“I had a super-rushed order first thing in the morning and Amber helped me figure out how to email the print order to their store. (The online ordering system kept resizing my order, which did not work for my project.) I was printing candy bar wrappers for some allergy-free pea not butter cups my daughter is handing out today - she is running for school president. First Amber, then Joe helped me with the order. Joe had to make some changes, because the wrapper was slightly too small for the candy bar as it was designed. (I used an Etsy designer.) Joe managed to get me the right size, then made it possible to print two on a page because the cost for 120 candy bar wrappers was pretty high. So he managed to get 2 on a page and I only had to print 60 pages, and then he cut them for me right away, and made sure they fit. (I bought 2 rolls of double-stick tape from FedEx as well to attach the wrappers.) All was perfect. My daughter will be handing them out today. Fingers crossed, she wins some votes, but she will have fun handing out the candy either way. Sending my thanks to Amber and Joe for their combined talent and kindness.”

“I wanted to ship something on my way to work and just assumed FedEx would be open at 8:50. Nope - this location opens at 9. There was a homeless man loitering and I was about to go find something to do for 10 mins when an employee saw me and opened a little early. They were able to print the label generated by my office when I emailed the PDF to them. They packaged my item snugly in a cut-to-size box so that it arrived safely. They were really nice about everything. Great service!”

“Went for my passport stuff on a Thursday (today), walked in without an appointment, and had a great experience! They started walk-Ins at 10am, I had absolutely no issues whatsoever, Raina (hope I am spelling that correctly) helped me out and she was fantastic, and very knowledgeable. The key is to have all your documents ready to go, to make the process as easy as possible, it is also appreciated by the staff as well and will ultimately save both staff and customers time, Keep up the good work guys!!
