“This is an amazing property in the heart of Venice beach. Leslie at the front desk was amazing and even at 1.40am when we checked in she was extremely cheerful and welcoming. Our gps took us to the wrong location and Leslie even offered to wait outside the hotel until we arrived which was a good 12-14 minutes. “This place is amazing. Abby the assistant manager is absolutely amazing. She’s the best person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. If we could stay here forever we would. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone if I could give Abby the most high award I would. I cannot say more about her, she went above and beyond what she needed to do, but she never gave up. She’s did everything to help us. We will definitely be coming back just so we can see Abby again. I never want to leave here. It’s the best place on Venice Beach to stay. “This place was an experience. Rooms where clean staff was super cool and your right by beach store’s restaurants etc! The only down fall was there was no ac or tv! Also if ur a girl make sure to bring a blow dryer! It’s really busy so it’s not super Quiet witch we did not mind at all! Also this place is definitely not for children to stay at lol! Overall it wasn’t to bad! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Erwin is a perfectly located hotel in Venice, close to the beach and depending on the room you can have an ocean view. It's also a very recognizable hotel. Once I stayed here once I recognize it I movies/series and computer games alike! Personnel is very friendly and are always glad to help out.”
