“Rooms are newly refreshed and very nice. I believe each room has a balcony. If you get a beach view room even better. The restaurant is also nice. Conveniently located close to LAX but not an airport hotel, you are in a nice neighborhood. The staff are very nice and helpful, especially Ana at the front desk, super great.Rooms: The rooms are very nice. Recently renovated. Very clean and well put together. Comfy beds.”

“This hotel is by a pretty view of the Marina. I think it is a safer part of LA because you have to go in a big loop around the Marina so it is not a place people would be cutting through or loitering in very easily. There is a TJs not too far away and the room comes with a full refrigerator. The dishwasher was difficult to understand with a weird red warning light on it. Breakfast buffet was great and so was valet. I just wish they would label the breakfast. I thought I was grabbing egg bites and was super disappointed when they were pastry bites instead. Also the ice machine in the breakfast buffet is too low for my yeti to fill for work for the day so I had to fill it with a cup. And it is too low also. I also had a hard time turning the TV in the bedroom off so I had to take the power out of the wall. The TV even when turned off was still glowing.”

“Great staff, great food, lots of light and little places to hang out and take in the marina views. You can go for a really nice stroll or jog, there are paths. We saw lots of pets. Beds are comfy. I wonder if rooms are due for an upgrade but they are very well appointed. We've stayed here twice.”

“I've stayed here before but the place has gone downhill. Currently sitting in my room while writing this as we asked to check out one day early (at 7:00 am) and we need to wait until 7:30 pm to speak to a manager before this could be approved, which makes no sense.Came here after my son had an injury at Disney - booked due to the hot tub. It is currently broken, that's okay these things happen. Pool was locked at 7 pm, said it was open until 10 pm.Went to the front desk the next morning - after a man was screaming in the ally way last night, the guy in the room beside me rapping all night with the shower on (paper thin walls and it was VERY loud) and it seems the office is directly across the hallway, where cleaners / staff hang out all day with the door open talking.I'm not even one to ever be upset about noise - but this was excessive.All of these things would be fine, however when we asked to check out a day early - we were told we couldn't and guaranteed the hot tub would be fixed by end of day. 4:00 pm call down - not going to be fixed and they cannot help in any way it wont be fixed for the entire weekend and not allowed to check out - even when asked at 7 am, they said we needed to wait until 7:30 pm.I am beyond frustrated and this has ruined our vacation. When we called before booking this place, they confirmed it was working yet guy at the front desk said it has been broken for days.All of this combined has been a terrible experience. We were offered "free coffee" (which is already included)I travel often for work but more and more the Hilton continues to go down. I will never stay here again.Terrible experience all around - rooms are not the safest.”
