And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.”
“Best place for your animal. Rainbow is the nightmare of places for my animals but when it came to Media city it was a shocker that my own pets actually get excited about going here. I trust them and it's not chaotic in there. They gave recommendations for what my animals need and really told me what's actually recommended while the rest of the offers aren't needed. They're not trying to make money they just want people to have healthy pets. I love you Media we will be returning again soon ?

“I have been taking my cats and dogs to Dr Mohan for a very long time. He’s been so kind and understanding and knowledgeable in the care and health of my pets. We’ve been thru many different issues over approximately 20 yrs with both my dogs and cats. I appreciate the staff and Dr V as well, and have nothing but great things to say about them! I recommend SHPC every time a person asks for a referral. I included a picture of Batman as he is one of my six current patients at SHPC. He appears bored. ??”

“Had to write a review on this place because of their AMAZING customer service. Today was my first day coming back to this clinic since I had another pet euthanized back in 2021. While that experience was heartbreaking the staff then and now has always been very kind and compassionate. To begin with the receptionist was very open and friendly, the vet technician Gabriel was very gentle and kind to my baby. Doctor Galdjian was helpful and honest towards my pet questions. I can confidently say they are in the right career field.”

“This is the best animal hospital ever! The vets, techs and reception are all so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Ahmad is always so happy to discuss the intricacies of my dog's health issues and thoroughly explain all of the options available for her. I feel like I learn so much when I'm there and nothing is ever forced on me.I'm also always shocked at the affordability when it comes time to pay, which is a nice change from the shock you get at corporate animal hospitals :] I've also never had to wait more than 5 minutes after appointment time. They are super efficient and well-organized.They also work with rescues to get them affordable care. I genuinely can't recommend it enough.”
“I took my pug Leah here for vaccines and I paid 60$ for all of them! Super affordable :) VETCO charges 230$ for a full set of vaccines yikes and I work there too . I love how they take care of her . Even though the wait can be long , they got her in and out and she was fine when we got home. If you have brachycephalic breed for a spay be sure to understand there's a possibly of them not making it . My pugs all have been spayed there and one of them almost did not make it . The team did thankfully successfully finished the procedure and she was ok :)”

They are very reasonably priced and we love love love this location for non-emergency situation.. it is also very easy to get in the same day without an appointment. If you call ahead highly recommend this location if you’re in the West LA area.”

“I have been going to Dr Tang since the mid '90's, when I had a pet cockatiel with my two sons, and more recently since 2007, when my husband and I got our first dog. He saved our dog, Spencer about 15 years ago. He'd had a seizure out of the blue, when he'd accidentally eaten rat poison outside without our knowing it. Dr Tang not only saved Spencer, but that dog went on to live another 10 years almost! Most recently our dog Popper has some autoimmune disease, and Dr Tang has seen us almost 10 times over the past 2 months, trying his best to figure out how to treat this 7-year-old (young!) dog. We have all the confidence in Dr Tang's ability, expertise, and most importantly in his compassion. As others have mentioned, Dr Tang doesn't have great bedside manner with the humans who visit his practice, but he so obviously cares about our pets (his patients, as he said this morning), that I will keep going to him forever. And he is so reasonable, I sometimes wonder how he stays in business! God Bless Dr Tang!”

“My dog was diagnosed with pyometra at another hospital but their costs were way too high. I walked in here for an emergency spay, hoping they could take my dog in right away at a lower cost. Fortunately, they were able to get her in immediately and within my budget! Everyone was very nice and helpful during a stressful time. My dog came out of surgery very well taken care of. Thank you to Pet Medical Center Sunland for saving my dog’s life!”
