“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!”

“This vet office and practice is THE BEST!!!! Caring, loving, compassionate, capable, professional, friendly and highly skilled. My family started with Dr. James Sharp when I was a child, way before he opened his own practice, then we followed him to his current location and have been happily with them all these years and through many a pet. Melanie, Maria and both Dr Sharps have always treated us like family. I would not, and have not ever taken my animals anywhere else. I am 65 years old now and have been and still am a loyal and devoted client.”

“My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.”

“Just had a positive experience at Kinder4Rescue. Took my rescue/foster cat, Sammy in for a full mouth extraction. This cat was previously hoarded and due to poor nutrition had severe dental issues. The intake staff was very kind and understanding regarding his previous history when we dropped him off. We were told pick up would be after 6pm but should wait until they called or texted us. At 7pm staff called to say dental surgeries had run late, he was just going into recovery, and pick up would be closer to 9pm but wait for a call or text. They asked if he was an indoor cat and advised that he would have a cone post-op. At 9:20pm we received a text that he could spend the night and be picked up in the morning at 7:30am. As I was driving to pick him up at 7:30am I received a text that he was ready for pick up. The pick up process included thorough verbal and written discharge instructions just as I had hoped it would. He was medicated for pain and seemed alert and comfortable. I received anti inflammatory meds and instructions for their use as well as copies of his record for future reference. The cost was exactly as outlined on their website and very reasonable. The clinic is clean and organized. The staff is pleasant, efficient and answered all my questions both post op (by text) and at pickup. All in all a very positive experience for me and my cat, Sammy.”
