“On a Sunday I had to get my dog to an urgent care vet that had a vet working on a Sunday (not easy to find ) They have the option to put you on a wait list, where they text you when to arrive. I think that's brilliant. I still had to wait a bit - but at least I was able to get in. Dr Perez was GREAT. Everyone was so helpful, compassionate and very very professional. “I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!”

“I have been coming here for over 7 years, with a total of 6 different senior dogs over the years, since their old location. Dr Chung and Dr H are amazing, the whole team really is! They provide next level pet care at more affordable prices. Dr H's expertise led to efficient testing and diagnosis of Lymphoma is one of my fur babies this month and, upon my consent, they promptly ordered the chemotherapy, antibiotics, and steroids my baby needed rather than us going to a specialist which we simply cannot afford at this time. They have treated a number of conditions with my animals over the years. In fact, I found Dr Chung all those years ago when I had a senior rescue with a bleeding problem. 3 vets recommended putting the dog to sleep, Dr Chung immediately diagnosed her with a condition, put her on a medication, and it resolved the problem. That pet had over 3 happy years with us after that before passing from natural causes. They should recieve awards, truly the best care is at Little Tokyo Pet Clinic.”

“VCA ASEC is truly the best clinic you could possibly find. It is staffed by the best doctors, nurses, and other personnel. These caring angels make this place special. If you love your pet, bring them to this clinic.I'm writing this review the day after our beloved dog, Lilu, passed away at this clinic. She fought for a month and a half, during which we visited the clinic often for surgeries, procedures, and other services. We are heartbroken, barely able to endure each day. But what VCA ASEC did for us is beyond words. We asked them for a paw print to later tattoo in memory of Lilu. They not only provided a paw print but also sent flowers to our home and prepared a condolence card signed by the medical staff. We cannot express our gratitude enough for everything they did for us and our dog. We know they fought with us to help us get through this.From the bottom of my heart, we love you, VCA. Since day one (going there since Jan 2021) all of their staff have been wonderful in making sure that our fur babies were comfortable and safe when in their care. Our Lab puppy broke his paw when he was four months old and they were so loving and tender with him throughout his recovery that now he loves going to see them and visit, he doesn't want to leave when he has appointments. They have always answered any questions and given me advice on whatever I need for my fur babies. Their prices are not sky high either. They have a wonderful Puppy Package that I have purchased for both of my Pups and it is so worth it! I highly recommend Animal Hospital of South Bay Rolling Hills”

“A few days ago I got my cat neutered in this hospital. It is overall the best veterinarian/animal hospital I've taken my cat to. The staff are so nice and respectful, you can see they really care about your pets. They gave him his E-collar that we did have to pay for but what can you expect they gotta make money somehow and they also gave him medicine so he doesn't feel pain and for his parts to not get infected my cat really liked how the one for the infection tasted and it also smelled pretty good, along with that they also have us a syringe so we could give him the medicine since one of them was liquid. "Most of these reviews are bad and y'all are talking bad about this place and how "expensive" it is, Trust me. IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL! Before I got my cat neutered and found this vet my mom and I had been calling around every. Single. vet. In the area of LA and the prices were literally so expensive from $250-$350 while here in total we payed $116 including the E-collar. Yesterday my cat started feeling itchy and trying to lick his parts after he had peed to try and clean himself and somehow he managed to lick his parts even though he had his E-collar on, So today we went back to the vet to see if they could give him a bigger E-collar and check if he had gotten his stitches off because he bled a bit and Dr.Cindy Ortiz checked him and assured us he was completely fine and his stitches were still there. He's so nice and treated my cat as if he was his cat and I'm genuinely so grateful to this hospital for taking such good care of my cat. I really recommend this place because it's really affordable and the staff are really nice and respectful. The only bad thing about here is that they do take some time to answer by phone but try and call them on different days and times but if you don't want to wait that long then I recommend going in person to schedule an appointment although they do accept walk-ins.”
