“This is late post. My boyfriend and I went to several dealerships back in March of this year, in and around the area. We weren’t looking to buy a Honda, but when we went to Tracy Honda, it was by far the best experience. It was time to trade my leased Ford edge for another car. I ended up leasing a Honda Accord hybrid. I must say it’s probably the nicest car I have ever had. It’s great on gas, has all the bells and whistles, comfortable and great looking! The experience we received from Tracy Honda was wonderful. Connor was very knowledgeable and friendly and stayed after hours with us just to make sure the job was done right and we were happy! The professionalism at Tracy Honda made all the difference in the world! 5 star experience!”
“I have used this shop a couple of times in the last 10ish years and I’m always happy with their work and transparency. I was recently rear ended and received an estimate for repairs from a shop recommended by the other party’s insurance and the total cost of repairs seemed quite low especially with my car being newer. After seeing the recommended shop’s bad reviews and feeling suspicious about the estimate I got with them, I headed to Anthony’s for another estimate. Alfonso was able to help right away and to my dismay, he pointed out that the initial shop was planning to use a second hand bumper on my car; the difference in cost to repair my vehicle was nearly double the amount quoted by the initial shop. I made my decision to move forward with Anthony’s and Alfonso took my car the same day. I did not want cheap work, I wanted work that’s done the right way with new parts so I was relieved.
I also appreciated the transparency that the staff with Anthony’s provided when I asked about the projected timeframe for repairs. The shop answered my calls each time I inquired for an update and they kept me posted with where they’re at in the process. If they were unsure of the exact timing, they told me that and got back to me once they were certain. This helped me arrange and drop off my rental the same day my car was finished.
When I finally picked up my car (around 3 weeks) it looked great, I had peace of mind knowing second hand parts weren’t being thrown on my car and my car was washed which was icing on the cake that made me so much happier I made the choice to use Anthony’s again. I will always vouch for this shop and use them in the future.”

“Got into an accident & Towers auto body was able to connect with my insurance and get started on the job immediately. They had to replace my whole rear door & fix some under panels & got it done in a week in a half. They did an amazing job with everything, the paint, the job , & even the customer service was amazing. The owners name is Jose & he’s a really cool guy that gets the job done. I definitely recommend going to towers auto body they are deep in tracy but definitely worth the work and money.”

We wanted to make sure that we found a place that wouldn't have issues matching the paint so we called our local dealer and they quickly recommended Tracy Collision, and we are very happy they did. We setup an appointment with Sal, who was very knowledgable and friendly. Once we had the quote done, we scheduled the work and they took it in. All work was completed in the estimated time (if not sooner) that they gave us. It came out as good as it was when it came off the lot. They worked directly with our insurance so it was a very smooth process. Any time we have work needed, we will be going to them!”

“Open late and two hard working helpful guys working there. Store was clean and bright and parking was easy. Open late all the way till 9pm. Not only that but the guys working there don't close 5 or 10 minutes early as I've encountered elsewhere. I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. In a strip mall with Harbor Freight nearby. The old Star casino location was across the street. Lots of parking.”

“If you want quality work done for a good deal and in a timely manner, Aquiles Auto Body & Repair is the place to go. They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy. They repaired a tedious dent and repainted my bed in two days for 1/5th of the price I was quoted at another shop. “Called around this area for some rotors since the dealership had one in stock. They picked up within 3 rings. They were prompt and courteous to help locate the part. Gave two options of which both were in stock. Easy to find with ample parking. Just as the phone call went they were exceptional in person. Verified again to make sure part I wanted before purchasing and within minutes I was out the door. Price was better than lots of shops and auto parts store.”
