“For ALL you senior gals (and guys) out there who dont know much about cars and the mere thought of entering a parts store frightens you...go to OReillys in Manteca and ask for Christopher. I dreaded going in there but also dreaded going to the Nissan dealership because I knew they would gouge me. I took a chance and figured I would stop at OReillys first and if all else failed, i would suck it up and head to Modesto. Fortunately, this nice young man not only walked me through what was wrong with my front license plate bracket...he removed it and installed the required bolts---sending me on my way with a smile. Instead of $100 plus at Nissan, I spent $10 at O'Reillys and had the pleasure of receiving good old fashioned customer service (its been quite a while since I have seen this type of service). O'Reillys has won me over thanks to their attention to service. Not only a job well done, but a great display of good human kindness!”

“Terrance I appreciate you !!! Helped me trouble shoot the cause of all my car issues . Wasn't sure if battery , starter or alternator was the issue but he replaced the battery did some tests and fixed all my car problems. I had voltage issues, shaking and rough idling, low brake fuel etc just a bunch of stuff. And now I don't need to go to a mechanic! Car drives supppper smooth. Doesn't idle rough anymore. My car wasn't starting all the time and now I haven't had an issue. It starts super quiet. My brake fuel is filled! Got my tail lights also fixed at O'Reilly s ... feels good knowing we have awesome people who can assist and not have to stress on paying an arm and a leg for inspection at a shop. Thank you! The initial testing was free for the battery starter and alternator.”

“Yesterday we called to get pricing for some parts needed for a brake job, not only was the associate kind he was absolutely knowledgeable. My husband said " i should be there within the hour " he said ok no problem Sir see you then! We get there and they already have them loaded up on a cart ready for us to go! The young lady that rang us up was so friendly and helpful and if that wasn't enough after we put items in our car another kind young man came out to get the cart from us then today we had to go back to return unused items that we didnt need afterall and the young man greeted us in the parking lot to grab the items from my husband and once again we had a great experience, a different young man did our return with a smile and so nice and respectful! My husband and i were very appreciative and grateful for our experience! Good job Carquest Employees!!! Thank you so much!!!”

The first few times I came in, he didn't remember me, but as I brought my car in often, he definitely remembers the vehicles he works on. He treats my vehicle with TLC every time.
