“I had originally come in, to purchase a drink nothing big. I am in between vehicles and homes right now, so I was limited on resources and time. However, my feet were hurting, and after purchasing some bandages that Luke had recommended, I was allowed to go in the bathroom to bandage up. Clearly in pain, both Luke in the manager Danielle saw, and asked me if I would like to sit down near the photo studio for a few minutes. Understanding that this is not ideal to have an obviously in-housed person in the line of sight of other customers, and having been a multi unit retail manager in the past myself I was very appreciated of this. Danielle had began to ask me questions, making me feel like I was not just another number in the assembly line and began l to personalize my experience at CVS by asking questions that mattered as well as added value to my visit . As I was sitting and looking at photos to print., Luke had begun to ask identifying questions regarding merchandise that this CVS location I was visitng had sold, and then began to settle in professionally make recommendations about different products. It was not too pushy or awkward, but we’re very relevant and helpful. Again, as being in sales in management, my entire life prior to unemployment, I appreciated the hustle and hunger, as well as the out-of-the-box, thinking and thought, when I re-prize my role as a multi unit manager, I am going to come hire this guy immediately ha ha. Danielle‘s leader ship and kindness, coupled with Luke’s, professionalism and talent made not only my visit to the CVS , a great one, but turned an upside down day into a positive very quickly and left an impression they will stay with me for life. Thank you guys and girls, CVS leader ship, you have two phenomenal employees that are keepers for sure, and I anticipate will be in your roles in no time. Thank you again, God bless.”

“I used to work up the road from the 7 Oaks General Store and we would get sandwiches from the deli. That was 20 years ago. Went yesterday and had my favorite hot pastrami and it was not disappointing. Little less meat than the old days but then with the way things are today I understand why. Still an outstanding sandwich!”

“They had this pizza sell..For Halloween...buy 1 get 1free ..Just perfect for our party halloween for the kids.and adults..Always great monthly deals!My family and neighbors been going to this local store much more for over a 1year .Before this store was spread around community/neighborhood. Dirty store , rude workers .bad vibe and worst thing ...out of everything and machines broken.Because they have great staff and new owner .I get like a welcome "home "feeling when u enter this Store. 7Eleven.My kids and husband all talk about how nice clean this store is.. “There is finally a fast and convenient option in the Serrano/Trabuco neighborhood. This neighborhood liquor store has been curiously dormant for well over a year which makes little sense as the closet form of competition is the Chevron across the street which only sells fizzy yellow domestic Beer and a handful of Craft, notably Stone and Ballast Point. The closest apples to apples competition would be Ralph's which is 2 miles to the south.The interior got a refresh and everything is sparkling and brand new. Glass cased refrigerators line the perimeter loaded with Soda, Craft Beer, Domestic & Importer Beers, sparkling Wine, Champagne, ad well as some basic grocery items and freezer goods. They also offer tobacco products and lottery. The isles are loaded with dry goods and a massive selection of spirits.The register attendant seemed friendly enough and the lines moved expeditiously although they do not tag the items with prices - or at very least haven't yet - which usually means you can expect a healthy convenience mark up. More options are always appreciated. Hopefully Lake Forest Liquor is thrives for years to come. Cheers.”

“I've been going to this pharmacy for years. The lines at the other CVS off of El Toro and Paseo de Valencia were ridiculous. Always packed because of old folks at Leisure World/Laguna Woods. Anyway the pharmacy staff is always courteous, respectful, and fast. They know all of the “regulars†by first name and will gladly have your pills ready for you as soon as you walk up to the counter if they see you coming. They also have no issue speaking with your doctor or insurance company to get your prescription filled. I noticed that some people weren't happy with the phone system but I've never experienced long wait times. That being said I would not be surprised if that happened because on a regular day they usually only have 2 technicians and 1 pharmacist available. Add in the business of their location and I can see why some people would need to wait longer on the phones.”

“I'm rating it 5stars to offset the undeserved low rating this location presently shows. All & all it's a solid 4star experience. The fifth star would require some training in customer service for pharmacy staff (8/10 pick-ups are without issue, but the 2 with issue need entire days to resolve). The store itself is well maintained & stocked. The staff working the store are knowledgeable & helpful. The pharmacy staff can do better but I reserve harsh criticism due to the number of prescriptions these days. Maybe some calming music over the loud speaker would help tensions at the pharmacy. Frustration with one customer should not carry over to all interactions there after. See ya in the pick-up line”

I'm told they can be even better if you are a Ralph's Rewards member (I'm not a member, so I can't speak from practical experience).One downside is that you can't buy gas after 10:00 pm. The station is lit up as if it is open. But it is unstaffed and if you try to use a credit card in the pump it says "Store is closed".Sign on Cashier window says "Hours of Operation 5:30 am to 10:00 pm". Again, I can't speak about the opening time from practical experience. :-)”

“I’ve been going to this ARCO/AMPM store for some time now and, for the first time, experienced a small issue at one of the fuel pumps. Essentially, the pump overcharged my account because the sensor didn’t recognize the pump was placed back into its holder. Long story short, the store manager (Maria) went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and provided me with a full refund without hesitation. Her quickness to act and her interpersonal communication skills throughout the entire ordeal were stellar, and I will continue to be a retuning customer. She definitely deserves a promotion!”

Anyway it’s cleaner than all of the circle k’s I’ve been too has some cheap stuff sells creamer and milk for half the price at a grocery store still the same good quality. “The remodel of this 7-Eleven is amazing and they did a great job with all the lighting. They actually include hard alcohol now too so the owner stepped it up and got the license for it; Ever since this newer younger owner came to this location, I have noticed enhancements in that this place is a lot more hip, modernized, and seems to be a lot more active than before. I've been coming here for 18 years. I think the owner did a great job and he's also very nice and friendly as well which makes it more appealing to attend to when I have a need for some quick foods. I have literally avoided some places due to their hospitality or tonality being very unappealing but this 711 is legit!”

“I always stop at this particular 76 gas station to fill up before returning my rental cars at the airport. It really is one of the cheapest gas stations around. I went inside to buy a drink this time and the man at the counter was extremely nice. Unfortunately, they only have one bathroom, so I was not able to go because it was being used for a very long time. I cannot speak to the bathroom, but the rest of the gas station was very clean. At the pumps, I even got a receipt and didn't have to go inside for it thankfully. It's always a pain when the receipt doesn't print at the pump because there's no paper. This gas station is well taken care of.”
