“I had originally come in, to purchase a drink nothing big. I am in between vehicles and homes right now, so I was limited on resources and time. However, my feet were hurting, and after purchasing some bandages that Luke had recommended, I was allowed to go in the bathroom to bandage up. Clearly in pain, both Luke in the manager Danielle saw, and asked me if I would like to sit down near the photo studio for a few minutes. Understanding that this is not ideal to have an obviously in-housed person in the line of sight of other customers, and having been a multi unit retail manager in the past myself I was very appreciated of this. Danielle had began to ask me questions, making me feel like I was not just another number in the assembly line and began l to personalize my experience at CVS by asking questions that mattered as well as added value to my visit . As I was sitting and looking at photos to print., Luke had begun to ask identifying questions regarding merchandise that this CVS location I was visitng had sold, and then began to settle in professionally make recommendations about different products. It was not too pushy or awkward, but we’re very relevant and helpful. Again, as being in sales in management, my entire life prior to unemployment, I appreciated the hustle and hunger, as well as the out-of-the-box, thinking and thought, when I re-prize my role as a multi unit manager, I am going to come hire this guy immediately ha ha. Danielle‘s leader ship and kindness, coupled with Luke’s, professionalism and talent made not only my visit to the CVS , a great one, but turned an upside down day into a positive very quickly and left an impression they will stay with me for life. Thank you guys and girls, CVS leader ship, you have two phenomenal employees that are keepers for sure, and I anticipate will be in your roles in no time. Thank you again, God bless.”

“BEST PHARMACY AROUND! They have an awesome staff & they are so caring, kind, helpful & willing to go the extra distance to get your scripts cheaper . They are very knowledgeable & very attentive. I have many allergies to prescription meds & they are alwayswatching my back. There was a few times they had to flag scripts & get something else prescribed due to my allergies. I feel safe with Oso Pharmacy & I think they have an awesome group of people working here. I love them & I wouldn't trade their customer service for any other place. They are da BEST!!!!”

The kind, caring pharmacist who assisted me went out of her way and took a considerable amount of her time to research the answer for me. As promised, she called me back once she had the answer. She also spoke with me at length on the phone, ensuring that I had the information I was seeking. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, kindheartedness, and thoroughness. The customer service I received was first-rate. I would not hesitate to patronize this pharmacy. “I've been going to this pharmacy for years. The lines at the other CVS off of El Toro and Paseo de Valencia were ridiculous. Always packed because of old folks at Leisure World/Laguna Woods. Anyway the pharmacy staff is always courteous, respectful, and fast. They know all of the “regulars” by first name and will gladly have your pills ready for you as soon as you walk up to the counter if they see you coming. They also have no issue speaking with your doctor or insurance company to get your prescription filled. I noticed that some people weren't happy with the phone system but I've never experienced long wait times. That being said I would not be surprised if that happened because on a regular day they usually only have 2 technicians and 1 pharmacist available. Add in the business of their location and I can see why some people would need to wait longer on the phones.”

“My mothers been going to CVS off Trabuco for years and she constantly asks me to add a review/survey for a young lady in the pharmacy department named Jila, she's a Persian lady that's been helping her every time she needs help. In my mothers words "Jila's the best and always helpful"!”

“The Pharmacy was great for the one time I used them since they were the only pharmacy that had the drug my doctor prescribed, which I had to quit taking due to a severe allegeric reaction. I was there for 10 minutes to pick up my prescription but it cost me $4.00 to park! That's what I didn't like and due to that unexpected extra expense, I won't ever use that pharmacy again. That's highway robbery! Saddleback Hospital now has free parking due to a generous donor, if anyone else besides me hates the gated prison like atmophere of Mission Hospital.”

I ended up switching my normal monthly prescriptions with them to support a small business in my community. Absolute best customer service and small town feel!”

“15 years my grandmother and I were customers at this specific pharmacy until we both moved out of the area. The multiple pharmacists that work here are wonderful and have provided consistent professional service. The other staff whom are not pharmacists have taken great care of our needs as customers. My grandmother has received multiple vaccinations here. All of her records have been maintained accurately in one place has made caring for her that much easier. I have also been given guidance regarding which medications are okay to take together and which ones are not. “I'm rating it 5stars to offset the undeserved low rating this location presently shows. All & all it's a solid 4star experience. The fifth star would require some training in customer service for pharmacy staff (8/10 pick-ups are without issue, but the 2 with issue need entire days to resolve). The store itself is well maintained & stocked. The staff working the store are knowledgeable & helpful. The pharmacy staff can do better but I reserve harsh criticism due to the number of prescriptions these days. Maybe some calming music over the loud speaker would help tensions at the pharmacy. Frustration with one customer should not carry over to all interactions there after. See ya in the pick-up line”
