“Had a tire go flat on me while driving and this Chevron was immediately off the exit. The mechanic on duty, Joe, was amazingly helpful and had the tire off and patched, with me on my way inside of 20 minutes. This was during a high traffic time of day as well. Rare to find this level of customer service ANYWHERE nowadays. Very much appreciated.”

“love stopping by here on the way to get my day started. Lisa does a great job keeping things looking great. I had a chance to watch training of new hire and all points were being hit. Suggestive selling as its called, was really suggestive informing and done in a non pushy manner. Today was get a free item day and I got the mini-tacos. and boyo was I surprised at how good the salsa tasted. not just for a gas station but comparable to some other places too. Now to figure out the brand to get some for the house.Thanks for having such a clean and friendly place to start a day.”

Unlike many pharmacists, Afshan does not allow the drudgery of her mundane tasks interfere with, nor compromise her professionalism. “I'm rating it 5stars to offset the undeserved low rating this location presently shows. All & all it's a solid 4star experience. The fifth star would require some training in customer service for pharmacy staff (8/10 pick-ups are without issue, but the 2 with issue need entire days to resolve). The store itself is well maintained & stocked. The staff working the store are knowledgeable & helpful. The pharmacy staff can do better but I reserve harsh criticism due to the number of prescriptions these days. Maybe some calming music over the loud speaker would help tensions at the pharmacy. Frustration with one customer should not carry over to all interactions there after. See ya in the pick-up line”

“I always stop at this particular 76 gas station to fill up before returning my rental cars at the airport. It really is one of the cheapest gas stations around. I went inside to buy a drink this time and the man at the counter was extremely nice. Unfortunately, they only have one bathroom, so I was not able to go because it was being used for a very long time. I cannot speak to the bathroom, but the rest of the gas station was very clean. At the pumps, I even got a receipt and didn't have to go inside for it thankfully. It's always a pain when the receipt doesn't print at the pump because there's no paper. This gas station is well taken care of.”

“I've been going to this pharmacy for years. The lines at the other CVS off of El Toro and Paseo de Valencia were ridiculous. Always packed because of old folks at Leisure World/Laguna Woods. Anyway the pharmacy staff is always courteous, respectful, and fast. They know all of the “regulars†by first name and will gladly have your pills ready for you as soon as you walk up to the counter if they see you coming. They also have no issue speaking with your doctor or insurance company to get your prescription filled. I noticed that some people weren't happy with the phone system but I've never experienced long wait times. That being said I would not be surprised if that happened because on a regular day they usually only have 2 technicians and 1 pharmacist available. Add in the business of their location and I can see why some people would need to wait longer on the phones.”

“Good price. But forget it if you want to pay quick at the pump. Only debit outside. But you can still pay with credit inside. You may wait behind many others though in a very small space. Not good for those who are a little paranoid about COVID (like me)”

Greg provided a quick and affordable last minute smog check, and also looked over the used car I was buying and provided exceptional service to make sure I got a great price on a reliable car.
