I just hopped out of this spectrum after working with the representative Timothy on issues concerning my bill. Quick, empathetic and outstanding support. I was able to secure a better deal for me and my family. Thank you Tim, 5 stars is not enough.

This review is for the store manager. Sorry, I forgot his name. He went above and beyond even though he wasn’t feeling well. I was there for 3 hours and had to go home and come back 3 times and he helped me while also helping other people and I just want to express my gratitude!
