Wait wasn't too long, 2 workers in there. They were nice, but he didn't find me a deal I was inquiring....He was nice to let me know of the mobile deal. I returned a cable box and it wasn't reflected in my new bill. I called it in to fix this and the guy also found me a deal what I was looking for.

Incredibly unethical company. DO NOT USE!! I have been a loyal customer for over 10+ years and Spectrum has been over charging me by $150+ per month. When I called to have my bill adjusted the agent and supervisor stated that there was NOTHING they could do about past bills. THIS IS WHY EVERYONE IS "CUTTING THE CORD".

Do not get spectrum! They claim it’s a “subscription” service so you have to pay for the full month even if you cancel/terminate the service at the beginning of the month because you’re moving. What a rip off! Shame on spectrum
