“Services are great here. Been coming here for a good few times now.
Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.
Customer care and service are excellent and will continue coming back to this location.”
“TERRIFIC customer service! I needed a protective lens cover for my IPhone 14 back camera - the employee - sorry I forgot his name - was SUPER HERO fast! the cost was very reasonable. What's not to like? HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any phone repair needs - and I AIN'T talking a rotary phone - although I sure loved those days - PARTY LINES - cheap entertainment.”

“Omar and Amir were very helpful. I came in here to switch over to from another carrier. I initially had issues ordering the phone online. I came into this store and Omar recommended a great plan and Amir helped me with a smooth process. One of the best experiences starting a new line. “When I walked in, there was a line of people waiting for services. A gentleman was by himself, but he was taking care of every single customer with care and providing services they needed. I cracked front and back of my cellphone so needed an immediate service. My phone is 4 years old so three stores I went prior didn't have a touchscreen replacement, but this store did! He replaced it within one hour and my phone works great! Thank you for your service. Highly recommended.”
