“I recently purchased a phone at this store. My experience doing so was smooth. Then i ran into problems with a person i shared my metro account with. We shared the account to save money but unfortunately sharing the account caused too many headaches and when i tried to get out of the partnership with this person she became worse she cancelled my phone so that i lost my number for good she even had corporate metro lock my phone. The employees at this location saved the day by offering me a new warranty phone and giving me a new number that i like better. So thanks to the employees here my nightmare situation has been rectified to a sweet experience. It has been somewhat satisfying to see my ex partner on the account squirm when she found out my suffering from her evilness has been cut short . So thanks again to these guys life's good”

“I have to admit, I was very nervous going to any AT&T location after reading all the reviews. I went with this location on Vermont because it seemed the safest bet. From the moment I arrived they greeted me and informed me they would be with me in a moment. I was headed towards the cases when William spoke up and asked what he could help me with? He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had been super stressed out due to my phone acting up (it wouldn't charge) and I was down to 29%. I use my phone for work and everything else. Today is Saturday and all I could think of was how the heck would I get into Remote Desktop to help with payroll if the 2 part authentication wouldn't be possible w/out my phone? I needed more space as well. I had been deleting things to make room. William wasn't sure if they had a 512GB phone but he checked and they did! I was so very thankful!! As we waited for my phone to transfer everything William was great and kept me company. I noticed the rest of the team was also very sweet and helpful with everyone around. I want to get an iPad next and will definitely be going back. Thank you to William and the entire team at this location for your professionalism and courtesy.”

“So... I came here from the IE because I've come before. Um... they sold me a case for an old S20. Started at $10... then he said $7 without me asking. Then he lowered it to $5 too. He felt guilty giving me $1 case for $5. (See pic - from when I'm still inside store) I have the money, so it doesn't affect me. But lots of their stuff is priced too high.”

“Those of us who have a business or have "had" a business know the ultimate goal EVERY time is a happy customer. Above that is the holy grail of effects of "The WOW factor". The "WOW" factor is when the customer walks away shaking their head mumbling "wow...wow..." unsure as to what just happened...so happy that they are speechless. I went to Jeff after 2 months of dilligently looking for someone fair and honest...someone that had the small part I needed and would sell it to me for not an arm and a leg...the part I needed was part of a whole assembly and was sold only as a whole unit. Jeff said he had just replaced one and knew he had the piecevI needed but wasnt sure where. I thought maybe this was the "take away" that salesmen use to create scarcity and lower a customers buying threshhold...within 2 minutes he came outta the back cutting up a hand-grip with wire cutters and smiling..."Got it", he chuckled as it fell onto the table. Sweeping into his palm he handed it over and I tried with all my might not to show how badly I needed it."Whats the damage?" I asked ready to pay $20 but not $30 or $40 that would be a minimum for a used face plate I wouldve had to order just to get my part." Its on the house ", he said with the same kind tone he had used to greet me."Huh? Wha...?" I was stunned. "No! Im paying you! I have to!" I told him. I fumbled in my pocket and gave him $10...my new job paid every 2 weeks and I didnt have 2 nickles to rub together or I wouldve have gladly paid more. I will always bring my scooters to Jeff and I will buy no scooters unless they are from Jeff and hes got some bad a__ scooters for sale at great prices at his shop.Thank you Jeff, you are Good when no one is looking.”

My special thanks goes to Brisa because she went above and beyond every possible way to solve my problem. Her manager also helped her over the phone (I didn't ask his name. It was 12/4/2023 at around 4-5 p.m., though). Thanks to him as well.I went to this AT&T store to get information about home internet. Guess what? Not only did I get my internet, but also Brisa solved the problem of my wife and I regardings our lines (wireless). Below is the story:My wife and I have had AT&T prepaid lines for more than 5 years. We wanted to transfer our lines to postpaid without changing our numbers , but I couldn't find a solution for that. I asked this issue from a few stores, and the answers were negative. I also did extensive research over the internet, but most of the comments and reviews said it's not possible. So, I was thinking of shifting from AT&T to T-Mobile soon.Brisa literally spent more than 1 hour and called her Manger and other AT&T centers, and eventually made it work. Omar also helped Brisa along the way. Brisa and Omar did all the work in a friendly attitude.Once our postpaid lines issues were fixed, we got our new home internet with $30 discount by connecting all accounts together.If anyone has a problem with transferring from prepaid to postpaid, I recommend meeting Brisa and Omar.Hey AT&T, my wife and I wanted to cancel our lines with you and get T-Mobile, but Brisa and Omar saved us from leaving AT&T. Thus, these two nice people deserve some sort of appreciation, in my opinion.Thank you again, Brisa and Omar. You are my AT&T must to go store from now on.”
