“I bought a hard drive to increase the storage capacity of my gaming desktop on Black Friday. I connected the hard drive myself and wanted to clone windows to the hard drive. That caused a software problem that caused my rig to crash whenever I launch a game. I tried to fix it using advice from people on forums such as Tom's hardware. That did not help. So I took my rig to a computer store a week before Christmas. I was told that it should finish within 7 business days. I got a call from them after new year telling me that my rig does not have the specifications to launch the games I own on my steam. I knew that was nonsense because I had 30+ hours played on all my games on that rig. That shop was quick fix computer services. Never going back there again. They even scratched my case. I was really disappointed at the whole situation. My relative told my why don't you take your computer to Ace Tech. I never heard of them but I was desperate. I was actually looking at new computers and was about to give up. My experience with Ace Tech was amazing. Daniel was extremely helpful and honest. They were so considerate to the point that they offered me to take my rig on Saturday evening and bring it back on Monday without an extra charge just so that I would have it. They were able to fix my gaming computer in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ace Tech. Thank you Daniel and Ace Tech Team!”

“Just came to the store and it is clean and has AC. I wanted to leave a review because of the amazing staff when I happened to see a recent negative one. First off, excellent and helpful staff! I don’t think you’ll find helpful people like them who go above and beyond and are patient and kind throughout. And by the way they are very much trained and informed, don’t mind the idiot below, SAL MACIAS. Newsflash buddy, they cannot access your PRIVATE and SENSITIVE phone number account over the phone that is the 611 customer service’s job. In person at the store, they will ask for your phone number, security pin and ID for any reason any all, big or small. Simple, common sense policies in place for everyone’s own privacy and safety. “I found a few options online for getting a new phone line, but decided to see what a B&M can offer. Bottom line: Boost will make it hard for you to do your transactions in a physical store by having the online options sooooo much better. It’s too bad.Why five stars? Walking into a store gave me a chance to talk with the staff there. Physical stores have a rep for having vultures inside to prey on people. These physical stores are renowned for that. It doesn’t even have to be Boost. ALL telecom stores have vultures. I can tell you now: the staff I spoke with (Christian) is not one of those. He was helpful and tried his darndest best to find solutions. Even if in the end, we realized that online. Is best for me, I never felt I was a bother or a burden. Kudos to you, Christian! You’ll go places. Just don’t stay with a company (like Boost) that will hamper your growth with inane policies.”

“I stopped by this AT&T store to get my grandmothers account fixed. Unfortunately my grandma was taken advantage of due to her being elderly & highly over charged & even added another two lines to her account. My grandmother originally came in because she thought her phone was hacked. She told the agent Yadira who just offered my grandmother a promotion on a new phone and added two other lines to her account. My grandmother is 83 years old and just needed assistance on her phone. LUCKILY, Richard was able to assist & fix everything. My grandmother has her original number back, old phone & all other extras that were added are taken off. YADIRA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND THIS WILL BE ESCALATED TO COOPERATE! THANK YOU RICHARD FOR YOUR HONESTY & POSITIVE ATTITUDE ON FIXING THIS ISSUE!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE POR FAVOR!”

“Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. Will definitely come back to this location if I have any new phone to activate or any phone problems.”

Not only did I get my internet, but also Brisa solved the problem of my wife and I regardings our lines (wireless). Below is the story:My wife and I have had AT&T prepaid lines for more than 5 years. We wanted to transfer our lines to postpaid without changing our numbers , but I couldn't find a solution for that. I asked this issue from a few stores, and the answers were negative. I also did extensive research over the internet, but most of the comments and reviews said it's not possible. So, I was thinking of shifting from AT&T to T-Mobile soon.Brisa literally spent more than 1 hour and called her Manger and other AT&T centers, and eventually made it work. Omar also helped Brisa along the way. Brisa and Omar did all the work in a friendly attitude.Once our postpaid lines issues were fixed, we got our new home internet with $30 discount by connecting all accounts together.If anyone has a problem with transferring from prepaid to postpaid, I recommend meeting Brisa and Omar.Hey AT&T, my wife and I wanted to cancel our lines with you and get T-Mobile, but Brisa and Omar saved us from leaving AT&T.
