“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”

I ran several blocks to get there today before closing but missed it by 15 minutes. But they remembered me from yesterday when I ran up to the locked door and let me in anyways to help me get my package. Customs clearance was completed within 48 hours and all our belongings were duly delivered by a crew equally as polite and friendly as the crew in California.Every single item that was picked up in California was safely delivered and not one single item was broken.All in all a fantastic experience. “Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

“This Post Office is located in a temporary building behind Paty's Restaurant. The gps addy is 4529 Clybourn Ave. The space is small but the employees are friendly & efficient. Local residents, biz & boxholders are extremely grateful for our small but mighty post office. But if you need something larger I suggest the PO on Hollywood Way.”
