“I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”
“Erika in the fragrance department at this Nordstroms is the best! If you need help finding the perfect scent or new scents or something for your significant other ask and see if she is working. I’ve luckily gone in when she’s there and she’s helped me on several occasions and provides exceptional customer service and such a great shopping experience.”

I found the jacket and also the towels as well as a manicure set. My wife picked up a dish strainer and a few other items.

I had the most incredible experience at Mystic Visions in the Thousand Oaks Mall! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into an atmosphere filled with positive energy, beautiful crystals, and a truly enchanting selection of metaphysical treasures.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Christopher—he was absolutely amazing! Not only was he incredibly friendly and welcoming, but he also took the time to help me select the perfect crystals, educating me on their meanings and properties with such passion and knowledge. His patience was truly admirable as he answered all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my choices. He made the entire shopping experience personal, informative, and genuinely enjoyable.
I also want to highlight Bryan, who seamlessly supported Christopher throughout my visit. His presence added to the welcoming and harmonious energy of the store, making sure everything flowed effortlessly. It’s clear that the staff at Mystic Visions truly care about their customers and their craft.

We stopped in to Macy's as my wife was looking for a nice jacket. We looked to tops, tights, jackets etc. I am becoming a real fashion expert lol. My wife found a nice jacket on sale from $150 to $79 and it looked terrific on her.
The customer service provided was excellent as well. We bought the jacket and my wife was all smiles.

“Stopped in to JC Penney at the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks. The store was well organized and the staff quite helpful. I was looking for a sport coat blazer and looked at quite a few. I happened to find a great deal on a Stafford blue sport coat priced at $200 on clearance for $59. They had several coats on special and I was looking for a 44 L and sure enough the blue one had my name on it. The blazer fit perfectly. I proceeded to check out and the representative was quite helpful and provided top notch customer service.

“I shop at Wildflower often. Everyone that works there is warm and friendly and honest about how their clothing looks on you. The prices are reasonable and they always have new clothes going out on the racks. I never feel pressured into buying something. Wildflower is my favourite boutique in the area and I know them all.”

“Store was very clean and organized. Even the dressing room. Was impressed by how orderly it was. They had pretty much every size available too for what I was looking for. However check out took soooo long. Two girls working the register and it was taking forever. Huge line when they finally opened a third register. The cashier who opened the third one couldn't even smile, looked like she didn't want to be there. We were finished checking out before the two other registers finished their transactions. Don't know what the hold up was.”

This was a very important trip I was I’ve spent most of my life in the wrong bra size and it’s been very frustrating.
