Horrible service, I went in to buy Jordan 1's and they ended up having a rip in the stitching. Horrible service and they refused to give me my money back after THEY sold ME ripped shoes. If you're planning on buying Jordan's or any shoes in general I would not recommend going here.

I went to thousand oaks foot locker to got the money back, because I bought a shoes in the store and they called it, after I got here the guy name Vince . The story manager he is so mean and said I have to leave the store now,terrible experience. I am so mad and quarrel.

Terrible customer service. I asked one of the employees if they had a size in the store, she replied "I don't know" and continued her conversation with the rest of the employees
