“Gitty!! I have been on a search for a specific ring for 20 years I lost. She took so much time with me and listened to me go on about stories and while we're looking at different options. She made me feel so special and listened to even though I was Not really motivated to keep trying to look for this ring. So she came up with the best solution! She said look around and see if anything inspires you and I found three rings that I absolutely loved! I even found some engagement rings that my niece would like to see. She said take the rings and if you come up with any idea of how you would like to design a ring that might look like the one that you had stolen. Give me a call here's my card. She didn't brush me off she wasn't rude. She spent probably at least an hour with me while I went through all of their different items and had her check and see about pricing and everything else. I was so impressed I had to tell her manager that she did such a great job and the entire time I felt like I was shopping with a friend!”

“Kevin in a very skilled and talented jeweler! I took my wedding ring in because I had lost two stones from a pressure-set setting. He confirmed that the setting was no longer viable and I would continue to lose stones, even if I replaced them. I was heartbroken that I would have to put my beautiful ring away and buy a new one, but Kevin told me that he could remake the setting with the same stones, adding metal to strengthen the two rows of diamonds. This was a huge job, but I am so happy with the results! It is absolutely beautiful, the quality of the work is excellent, and he was great to work with - communicative, on time, very friendly, and helpful in every way. After some logistics issues (that were out of his control), the final delivery and presentation of the Tissot watch I’d ordered were less than ideal. Nevertheless, Adrian sprang into action in the moment and took several actions to save the day. He was not to blame for the issues at hand, but understood his function as the face of the organization at the point of delivery. He singlehandedly retained my business going forward.”

“I purchased a new iPhone November, 2023. I was so excited to receive the phone. My previous phone is an iPhone 6. Unfortunately I purchased the phone from Spectrum -- my mobile provider and I could receive the phone earlier than if I waited and purchased directly from Apple.BIG MISTAKE--upon receiving the phone I immediately went to Spectrum to setup my phone. Mateo "helped" and only transferred 1/3 of my contacts and told me I had to do the others 1 by 1 manually. I am in my 70's and not very adept on cell phones. He made numerous other mistakes and I left holding back tears. These phones are not inexpensive and I thought I could do so much more on the new phone, and it did not appear that was true. I even went back to the same Spectrum a couple of days later and a female confirmed again that I had to transfer the remaining 2/3 of my contacts 1 by 1 and was more interested in looking at her cell phone than helping me.I later went to the Apple Store in Temecula--OMG--what a difference. I was truly blessed by having Daniel assist me. He took my phone and in a matter of a few minutes was able to correct all Mateo's mistakes---including transferring ALL my contacts. He then took the time to show me the many functions of my phone and wrote down things I would need to remember if I could not commit to memory the functions of my new phone. He is amazing!!!! He cared and was so kind and professional. He was able to convey the information in a short time and I could actually understand what he was communicating. I left feeling that "I can do this" and was no longer regretting the purchase of the new phone.I hope management recognizes what an outstanding employee they hired. He is the epitome of customer service. He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and actually cares.It has taken awhile for me to write this review as I was trying to put into words my gratitude. I can never convey my appreciation & how much it means to me to be able to access all the features on my Apple iPhone 15.THANK YOU, DANIEL”
