Esmie was very helpful!!! I came in with 2 necklaces that were tangled together and she took the time to untangle them for us and was very polite about it. I will definitely be back if i have any other issues!

My mom recommended this place for jewelry repair- and I'm glad she did. I brought in a broken necklace chain & an extremely tangled necklace for repair. Amazing customer service, kind employees, and affordable prices. I will come back here in the future to purchase jewelry and for repairs!

I have a cheaper awesome "dad bracelet" that the sterling silver rings broke off. I went to Raymond Tekin asking if he could fix it and he said no problem. I came back 15 minutes later and it was perfect! He didn't even charge me for it, he definitely won our business! Thank you!!!
