“I'm not sure where to start other than the staff at this specific location has been nothing but AMAZING. We have been going through it with our Golden Retriever puppy and trying to find a food that works well with him. Each staff member is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on dog nutrition and has helped us tremendously. We have learned so much from going in. Cody especially has been very helpful and another employee with blonde hair and I feel so bad I cannot remember her name but we love her too! Could not say enough good things about the staff. We love it here and so does our puppy Hank!”

“This place is where you want to go for your reptiles. 100% hands down. I've recently adopted my third reptile from them. my coworkers combined have gotten 6 others. Every single one has been healthy, without parasites, well socialized and a beautiful display for that species. The staff is amazing, polite, will take their time answering your questions to make sure you're getting a good fit for your lifestyle. Couldn't ask for a better reptile store in this day.”

“After exploring different options, we decided to try the beginner doggie classes for our then 5 month old lab. It was a six week class that gave me an opportunity to better understand ways to nip unwanted behaviors and practice some of the tips at the store. I would highly recommend Marla! She was able to offer timely feedback and she was very patient with our high energy dog Taro. By the end of class, Taro (my pup) was able to stay focused throughout the class, follow basic commands, and was even loose leash walking like a pro. Granted, we still need more practice with manners around other dogs and people, the six week growth is undeniable :) Something to consider for other pet parents- they even offer a free in person assessment of your dog to better guide you which class is a better fit. Our overall experience was very positive. Even the other associates were welcoming and made us more confident when bringing in our bundle of energy.”

“Well, this is a darn fun place to visit with my little doggie. I'm always looking for places we can go to have fun together. This store supplies Just Food For Dogs. It's one of many places but it's good to know they do, as that's our little guys diet. There's a huge amount of food choices though, if I ever decide to switch. On top of food selections for pets of all kinds, they carry leashes and collars. I'm still looking for a particular kind of halter though, of which cannot be found there. Kind of a bummer. While I'm not fond of seeing small birds and other sweet pets in cages, people want them. so, I guess it makes sense to offer them. I do love looking at the, birds, lizards, snakes. hamsters, etc. I can't lie. Oh! And they have fish! Fish and tanks for them. More fun to look at. I'm a sucker for dog and cat toys. Naturally, our little dog is too. If we go there, he of course comes home with at least one and maybe a chew as well. Because I get toys for him, I naturally pick out one for our two cats! Oh boy... what can you do? This place is clean and the cashiers are friendly. So why not 5 stars, instead of 4? Well, I'm not sure this is fair either and I might wind up changing it, but my dog, when he was a puppy, caught kennel cough there. He hadn't been anywhere else to get it. His vet told me that's a real problem with PetCo and PetSmart, because people like to take their dogs there. Sooo... what might PetCo do about that? Boy, I don't know. Wipe down their shopping carts? Like I said, in fairness, I might need to change my review to 5 stars. Thinking it over.Lastly, I LOVE that they offer cat adoptions. Most especially of older cats.Lastly, lastly... this review does not include grooming. I've never used one of their groomers, so cannot speak to that. Glancing at some of the reviews on that though, it doesn't sound too good.”
